I have an 82 year old mom who is on constant oxygen along with other machines. Anytime something has happened I’ve had to worry about her and if we’d have to get hotel for a bit. Of course when our heater started to go out it was right durning Snowmagedan, a couple years ago. (We were told by friends how great Torch was, so we called.) Within just a couple hours they had us our heater fixed. I was so grateful! That Sumer during a heatwave our AC started making crazy sounds and the motor went out, again they were out immediately and we were fixed. Yesterday I called because our hot water heater was leaking, again Torch came in on their White horse, and saved us. We won’t use anyone else. They are truly the nicest, most professional, honest, and thorough co. Out there. They are the

I have used Torch a few times.always Always exceptional customer service. And quickly complete repair. Today was no exception. He arrived earlier than I expected. Super friendly and informative. And wasted no time getting started. Completed very fast. And good communication about future visits. Very satisfactory.
