Trey and Gage were superior in the removal and installation of our new water heater on a Sunday morning. Friendly and courteous when we asked any question about services they provided. Never a good time to have a water heater go out, they provided us with a working unit within a few hours. A great team!

Trey was an awesome technician! He came in professional and friendly and explained every part of the process that he was about to do with my plumbing! He was very sweet attentive and answered all my questions fully leaving no details left behind! He provided quality service and located my issue with my plumbing very quickly! He was exceptional! I have used Torch two or three times now. I am very happy with the workmanship of their employees, and they are very respectful of my home. However, I was a little shocked at the cost of replacing my kitchen faucet. The charge was $455, and that was with a coupon. The plumber/s (yes, two) did go purchase the faucet for me, so I understand the cost would be a bit more, but there was really no breakdown on my invoice - other than the cost of fuel for getting the faucet - just the total amount of $455. That price did seem a little steep to me so I'm not sure I can afford them anymore. If you can afford it, the work is great!

My husband & I had our HVAC system replaced by Torch Services. From the initial meeting with David Yeager, to working with the install team Bryce, Cyrus, Ricky & David all were highly professional, knowledgable, courteous and clear communicators. The price was fair & they left everything clean. The quality of their work was above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend them for their five star service. We will continue to use Torch in the future.

Our family was trying to get estimates for an expensive job other plumbing companies were making it sound as if it was the only choice at the time. While giving an estimate and without prompting Torch suggested an alternative solution that cost a LOT less and ended up fixing the problem. When we decided to go with it they were able to perform the fix right then and there, giving us a massive relief for our plumbing and financial worries.

I can not express just how much I appreciate them not pushing an expensive fix and instead offering us a cheaper solution we didn’t even know was an option. Thank you Torch!

They came out a year ago and consulted on instant hot water heater. Then installed it. Through no fault of theirs the water heater had a problem. Eventually the water heater company warranties out the heater. Torch went above and beyond. I do mean above and beyond. They went past the point I would have gone. It’s almost unreal. Any two people can install a water heater but that confidence behind it. They didn’t have to help me. Not by a long stretch. They owed me nothing and still helped me. I just honestly cannot figure it out. There is a deep sense of comfort knowing that they if you call you know they will be there and not argue. Btw I graduated law school and owned over 40 rent houses. I know all too well bad contractors. If it wasn’t illegal I would warranty their work for them. Their trucks are clean their guys are quality and uniformed. The guy put the work in when he built this company.

We were very pleased with the service from TORCH. Dellen Ringquist, the service man was very knowledgeable and showed us the problem and explained what needed to be done. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him and this company!!

Dustin was great, friendly, he made sure we knew exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix.
I like that a picture and information is sent out to you before the tech comes to your home, were you have an idea who to look for.

On Sunday evening we discovered our AC was not cooling the house like it should. We booked an appt through their website for Tuesday 4:00-6:00. Received a call to confirm the appt on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon I Received a call that they finished a job early and could fit me in that day, which was a blessing. At this point the house was 80 degrees. David Yeager was great! The job was finished in less than 45mins - including a trip to town to get a replacement part!
