Torch was very prompt to send out a technician for my A/C issues. Clay was extremely knowledgeable and had my cold air up and running in no time. From Leslie who took my service call to Clay who made the repairs, everyone at Torch was pleasant and helpful. I'm very glad I called them and will definitely use them in the future.

Josh and Gage came to our home this morning for the first time and I cannot say enough about what an incredible job they did. We have had an ongoing plumbing issue and decided to change companies. We took a chance on Torch after they were recommended by a neighbor. They responded quickly to our request for an appointment and were extremely thorough as they evaluated our issue. We were given detailed information and a variety of options for a "right now fix" and a "big picture fix". The information was documented well and that information was freely made available to us so we could make good decisions. They were kind, professional and timely. We will be using them moving forward not only for plumbing but also our HVAC. I HIGHLY recommend Torch.

He went the extra mile by making the pipes hardly visible, while making sure the water was flowing, and everything was working the way it should before he left. The folks answering the phone are wonderful. Nice to talk to a person vice a recorded message to press ##. J.D. came out to see why there was water leaking into our bedroom when we turned the outside faucet on. He had to cut a small hole in the drywall which he carefully calculated where he had to make the cut and he was dead on and found the leak and replace the faulty faucet. Outstanding and very professional technician. I have previously used Torch and would not use anyone but them.

Called Torch on the recommendation of a coworker (who had also been referred by yet a different coworker). The owner of this company visited my house at my convenience to see what was needed and gave me a quote which would be honored. For a several days long complex job, I was always made aware of what was found and what was going on or what was about to happen. They were on time and respectful and personable.
