Torch Service Company

I have had Trey Bowman at my house a couple times recently as well as JB. Great company and Trey and JB were both professional and did a great job. I have recently sold a house and Torch services helped get the house in good shape to sell. I have had them at my new place many times. Great company, great people! Very pleased with their services!

Dustin came to my house yesterday and did a fantastic job fixing an outdoor faucet that had frozen over. He was fast, responsive and friendly. I'll use Torch for every plumbing / HVAC need that I have!

Ricky was our service man today. He was prompt, efficient, and professional. Service cost were within our budget and I loved the fact they had online coupons. Definitely recommend!

The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, his quote for this job was 3 times higher then my other quote....when I informed him that his quote was not even in the ball park, he tried to charge me $99 for his outrageous quote.....I have Properties all over town...I have 2 plumbing jobs going on right now...I just can't afford to use your company at these prices....thanks for allowing me an opportunity to provide you with some constructive feedback, I hope this will help in the future

Monday, Dustin came out to fix a gas leak that we had. He cut off the pipe we didn't need that was leaking gas. He capped it off at the main. Tuesday, David came out to troubleshoot our AC/Heater problems. He figured out that it was the Thermostat. He only charged for the service call. Thank you so much Torch.

Very pleased with the service, all done in a very professional manner. The price charged was more than fair. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

We use torch for any HVAC needs, JD is awesome and super professional and will get the job done the right way without taking shortcuts. Love how thorough they are - will continue to use them for our projects we have as we renovate the house.

We have used Torch for both routine maintenance of our plumbing/sewer lines and other projects like installing proper plumbing for our dish washer. They are always on-time, on the ready if you have an emergency, and super nice to work with. We’ve used three different companies like this and Torch is by far better. And better prices!
