great customer service, knowledgeable technicians that work efficiently and with attention to detail. They replaced all water lines under my house and also installed a tankless water heater. Trey the technician was knowledgeable and professional and gave us every option possible that could correct our issue so we could make the best informed decision.

We called to have our outside faucet fixed. Trey called 30 minutes before arrival just like we were told. He was friendly and let me know everything he was going to do and got us a price quickly. My 2 and 4 year old followed him most of the time and he was so friendly with them and listened to them. They loved it. We will continue to use and recommend Torch

Dustin was very polite & efficient and had my drain cleared in only about 10 minutes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is they charge by the service instead of by the hour. I asked if it would cost extra to put my toilet back in place, (I have a broken shoulder that is still healing and I had really struggled to get the toilet off by myself) so he let me know that yes, it would cost extra. It would have taken my bill from $209 to around $500. I paid the $209, and and was blessed to have my brother come over & set the toilet back for me. Overall, I was satisfied with the service I got.

Have used torch multiple times and they are always professional & on time. Josh the owner has a great crew with great communication which is key in this industry. I had multiple leaks they repaired efficiently and effectively. Would especially like to highlight, Gavin. He was always courteous and communicative. I’ve worked with multiple plumbers before I landed with this company and I wont go anywhere else.

Excellent company and technicians. I highly recommend. My preferred plumber doesn’t do hydro jetting so they referred us to Torch. Very happy with all aspects of the service we received.

Rickey was kind and effective. He quickly fixed our main line clog and stayed around to ensure everything stayed fixed while we tested everything. Compared to other services, Torch provided me an estimate for fix before repairs and was more affordable than others locally who had provided estimates!

Newer second review. We used Torch Services May 16, 2023 for a kitchen plumbing issue that was first review.
Today, May 23, 2023 they came out to finish up a job that was an emergency on Sunday, May 21, 2023. We had an accident happen and one of our toilets was broken. We called Torch Services and they sent Trey out to us on a Sunday and Trey was able to get the water issued stopped and get us fixed up until Monday when a new toilet could be installed. Well Monday came and we found out we needed some drain cleaning. Well today Gage and Luke came out and did the drain cleaning and set the new toilet. So far we have encountered 3 employees of this company and all 3 have been WONDERFUL !!! Polite, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. Torch was great in helping keep costs low. I highly recommend Torch Services they've been outstanding and do excellent work.

Showed up within an hour after calling. Shared details about what repairs needed to be done and explained what needed to be done in a simple, efficient way. Bryce was friendly and very knowledgeable. It is going to be an expensive fix and he efficiently explained what needed to be done and he patiently explained all options to me. Wonderful sense of humor and very friendly, and all around professional.
