Torch Service Company

They showed up on time and did 1 1/2 days of work in one day. I was losing 1.25 gallons of water a minute, they got me in quickly and did an excellent job of fixing the problem even with some a few hiccups, the gas line was not where it was suppose to be, I had lots of big rocks in the yard as well as large tree roots. They managed to work through all the problems they encountered and by days end I had water, a new sprinkle system line and I was an extremely happy customer.

Matt took care of an issue with our toilet. He showed up early and let me know when he was on the way. He also took the time to explain what and why he had to replace certain parts. Would 100% use them again.

DJ came out today from Torch Plumbing. He installed a new faucet and kept me inform about anything that might popped up and could be extra to look for in the process. Nice friendly service and came out right away. They are a superior company. Thanks !!

Torch Services was professional and efficient. I had multiple projects across both HVAC and Plumbing and every time I called I got a person to talk with rather than an automated service. They were always very prompt and courteous. I had a deadline to meet and Torch Services beat it by two days. Excellent HVAC/Plumbing company - highly recommended.

Torch's has amazing customer service...I have used them twice in the dead of the summer, they came out same day. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Torch's for your service and great customer service.

Dellen @ Torch Services did an excellent job at my customers house. New plumbing for new construction on an addition. On time and VERY responsive to a couple service calls. Impressive.
Also, I need to mention Gage and another employee (can't remember his name) also did great work there and were very friendly and professional. I'll be using you guys in the future!

The people I dealt with over the weekend were very helpful and friendly. They told me up front about any charges. I called on Monday and they were out the next day to install our new water heater. Will and his apprentice (sorry, didn’t get his name) were friendly and got right to work. They told me the cost upfront and there were no surprises. Will is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and a very personable young man. I will use Torch Service Company for my future plumbing needs.
