Smith Brothers Heat and Air

5 stars all the way around. Fast service, quick response, incredible customer service, late night repairs. All I can say is thank you, thank you and thank you. As a mother of three daughters, it is never a good thing to have your air go out in the Oklahoma heat. But with Smith Brothers, no worriers because they are open 24 hours! My daughters and I thank You!!

Our AC stopped working over night. We called first thing in the morning and they had Nate, a technician, out within two hours. Nate did a great job diagnosing the problem and was willing to work with us to get it fixed. Would highly recommend.

I asked them to come out and do a service call and check the freon in my air conditioner because we knew it was getting a little low and it was freezing up. They came out and didn't add any freon but instead tried to convince me that I needed to spend $4,500 on a brand new unit and that was the only option I had. So after they left I called another guy who came and put the freon in, like I asked for in the first place, and now my air conditioner is working perfectly and getting cold without freezing up again. Oh and the second guy did it free of charge. Smh. I thought they were going to be honest from the previous reviews. Glad I didn't spend that $4,500.

They were great throughout the whole process from sales to installation of a new HVAC system. Would absolutely recommend them.
