This company's technicians are professional and spot on. They figured out the problem with our unit properly and in timely manner. They also didn't try to rip us off like so many other HVAC companies! They were polite, honest, good at what they do, and offered us pretty competitive price and warranty from a decent brand. Great company!

Great communication, installation, and service. I purchased a new furnace last winter with the plan of also purchasing a new a/c this past spring. ( I wanted to pay cash for the entire service, but needed to split up the installation, which they were more than happy to do. The entire Smith Brothers team was professional and explained everything in detail. I even had them add a vent in the bathroom, which was cut in so well that it looked like it had always been a part of the house. I had many questions from doing research online and speaking with a previous customer of theirs and the team was honest with their answers and didn't try to sell me items I didn't need or want. I would highly recommend this company. They definitely have a life-long customer here.

Amazing fast service! Very honest, good pricing. Would recommend to anyone having heat and air issues. While other companies were trying to get us to replace the whole motor we called smith heat and air for and 3 rd opinion. They came out quick! And come to find out it was just the condensor! Not the whole motor saved us lots of money! Not to mention very friendly service! Great company!!!

The A/C went out in one of our rentals, my regular heating and air man
was out of town. I knew of Smith Brothers. So I gave them a call.
They responded quickly and got the problem fixed, correct the first time.
We have several rent houses, and have since sent them all of our heat and air repair and replacement work. They are reliable, friendly and have competitive prices.
We highly recommend them.

I called Smith Brothers yesterday morning, September 17th, at 905am to get some work done on my A/C unit. The gentleman that answered told me there were 4-5 jobs ahead of me and to expect a repairman to arrive in 1-2hrs and took my contact info. At 1pm, I called again to inquire about the delay and attain an updated arrival estimate. No one answered the phone, returned my message, or came to provide service. I HIGHLY recommend finding another service company that is attentive to your needs.

This is an A++ company! I purchased a 1938 home with known HVAC issues. Duane came out and looked at the systems and we discussed the problems and possible solutions. Ultimately I decided to replace both furnaces and AC units, plus duct work. (I had another estimate that was significantly higher.) The crew of 5 that came out to complete the work were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were doing when I had a question and immediately let me know when they ran into issues. Duane helped me fill out the warranty paper work and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Smith Brothers - they are honest and do great work!

Maybe I've just become way too accustomed to having my guard up with service/repair companies, but these guys were honest, knowledgable, willing to explain what they were doing and fairly priced. We had A/C problems. The fan was blowing but the compressor wasn't. Called a company recommended by a FOAF and he said it would be next week, before he could get out. We called Smith Brother's at 1:00 and they said they would have someone out between 3 and 5. They came out, were able to trouble shoot the problem fix the problem and ensure that we knew what to do if the same thing occurred again. Nate and his apprentice were very professional. When we find a company we trust we become very loyal customers and will highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks to Walt and his team.
