We had a gas smell. They came out and discovered where the leak was coming from. Turns out the heat exchange had been damaged due to prior company installing exhaust incorrectly. We opted to purchase new Heat & Air System. Smith Brothers gave us what I thought was a good deal and my wife said they were very professional and polite. Answered all of our questions. We plan on using Smith Brothers for the maintenance of our new system going forward.

Highly highly recommend these proffesional guys. Got my AC fixed the same day. My babies were burnin up. They came in the time I was told and got the job done. They are amazing the guy who fixed the AC was Mike. Again I will recommend these guys and use them in the future.

When we called, the gentleman was courteous and professional. When Duane came for the estimate, he was clean and presentable and professionally answered our questions.

On the date of the install, they called ahead and confirmed the installation. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. They explained the ONG rebate in detail and even filled out most of the paperwork for me. (On a side note, I got all the information in a timely manner and was able to send the rebate form the same day). There were no complications in the installation itself, and they carted the old equipment away. They conpleted the installation in about 5.5 hours.

They are very quick to respond. Our heater went out on the coldest night of the year and they were there the next day and did not stop until they had it completely fixed. They were life savers!! Very professional in appearance, work and attitude. Would recommend them to anyone looking for heat & air work and have recommended them to others. They're the BEST!

Best HVAC company in OKC! They showed up when they said they would and got my 15 y/o ac unit running again in a short minute. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable and great price point. I will be using them for all future needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Furnace wasn't working & contacted Smith Brothers for service. They arrived a short time later, made the repair at a reasonable price. These guys are awesome!
