Chris came out to fix our shop heater. He was prompt and courteous. Got us fixed up quickly. I would use his services again and will recommend him to my neighbors.

My refigerant line got cut on a weekend. I call Chris about fixing it. He was onsite in about 2 hours. It didn't take him long to fix the issue and get me back into a cool house.

Chris and Kenny are great. Reasonably priced, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They had the right tools and equipment to fix our issue promptly with our heat pump. In the future I will trust them to take care of all our heat and air problems.

I thought my refrigerant was low and called The Heating and Air Guy because a friend had a good experience with him. He came out and looked, didn’t put any Freon in the system and figured out our fan was bad. He had it up and working great the next day. My new AC company going forward. Chris and Kenny were great to work with! Chris was incredibly helpful via text message and gave me multiple options to resolve the issue on my own. I ended up needing someone to actually make a house visit. Kenny was sent over and had the problem resolved in just a few hours. He was very personable, knowledgable, and was a great communicator! Top notch crew.

Cody was great - really friendly and helpful. He got me on the schedule quick and helped walk me through a few basic things I could do on my own to keep the unit working at its best. Value wise, I was extremely pleased!
