They have serviced our heat and air for maintenance as well as fixed issues we’ve had with both systems. We have had a few different people on staff out and have been pleased with every encounter.

Absolutely would not recommend ! Did not complete repairs as stated - had to have multiple call backs- with no resolution . Ended up hiring another company who explained to us - we where done wrong ! Gave the Owner Chris every opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately not a man of honoring his “100% satisfaction guaranteed “ from his website . . Seriously Disappointed.. My husband is 100% disabled veteran and felt seriously taken advantage of . Long story short - He will rip you off . Again, we gave this business every opportunity to be fair . Heat and Air Guy 😡

Our AC quit working in the morning and called The Heat and Air Guy around noon. Trey was at our house by 3pm and had our AC fixed by 3:45. Office staff was super friendly on the phone and Trey the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly as well! Definitely recommend them for quick, cost efficient work!

I can not say enough good things about The Heat and Air Guy! Highly recommend! Their customer service and responsiveness is like no other company we've done business with. Our AC unit went out on a Saturday evening. I called that night to leave a message for someone to call me on Monday morning and as I was starting to leave my message I had an incoming call, it was Chris with The Heat and Air Guy. I needed them to come back out to look at a minor issue (that could of waited a few days or longer) I called, they came out, and took care of it all in the same day. They are very fair and affordable with their pricing. We were going to just have the AC unit replaced but decided to replace the furnace also at the same time because the price was within our budget. The installation techs are awesome young men. They were so friendly, professional, and detail orientated. From start to finish we never once felt like just a 'customer'. They went over all our options in detail as if we were a family member. We will definitely use The Heat and Air Guy to service our heat and air!

Contacted the company at 4 am on a Sunday morning. They responded instantly and had me scheduled for 11 am the same day. What impressed me the most is that they contacted me 30 minutes prior to their arrival which is what they said they would do. The technician was great. Very polite and had good manors. I was completely satisfied with the service.

We use this company for all of our heating and AC needs! They are very honest, and do great work. They are very dedicated in making sure our units are working properly, and making sure we are comfortable in our home. We just had maintenance and a repair done on our heating system today, and Cody was very friendly, and efficient! We recommend this business to anyone that asks! They are wonderful.

I've been a customer for years. On Wednesday the 21st my A/C unit quit. I call for service about 9:00 a.m. and an appt was scheduled for 22nd between 11:00 and 2:00. Kaiden arrived early at about 9:45! He's a nice young man and quickly identified the problem and replaced a part. The business confirms by message the appt time and when the tech is on the way. Customer service is a definite priority for this business!
