Thank you for coming out late Friday night to fix AC. Thank you for going the extra mile to check heating, ac, duct, vent set ups to diagnose the uneven airflow by entering the attic! Chris is amazing at his job!

Trey was great, courteous and professional. The owner of the company however “over promised and under delivered” and over charged for the part we needed. It is what it is, I now have AC once again.

This company is fantastic. They came in less than an hour after me contacting them that my ac had quit working. They are always prompt and professional. I have used them multiple times for my heat and air needs and will continue to in the future.

We lost heat during the ice storm last year. Our technician’s truck got stuck in the snow and he walked 4 houses down to our house. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything he could do to get our heat going that day but he came back 2 days later, got our heat going and fixed the issue so it would never happen again. The customer service was incredible!!! I would recommend The Heat And Air Guys to anyone that asks
