The Heat and Air Guy

These guys came out Wednesday 5/17 to check out our A/C unit (which we already somewhat knew needed replaced) because last summer it never got below 85 even with the air running. He was very quick and efficient with his check and giving us an estimate for two different systems. We were easily able to decide which system we wanted and called to let them know Wednesday afternoon and they scheduled us Monday 5/22! Pricing is some of the best I’ve seen and it’s so easy and quick to schedule. The financing application was quick and easy to navigate and they had several options for payments and terms! They were thorough and quick when they came out Monday and replaced our HVAC system. They are also SO friendly, from the person who answers the phone to the guys who came out to the house! Highly recommend using The Heat and Air Guy!

They got me scheduled same day and the tech, kaden, called and said he could come earlier which was great! He walked me through everything thoroughly and I got to see the clog etc and his remedies. He had my ac back on in an hour, and I’m very thankful because I’m a stay at home mom with 6 children and we were miserable in the heat before he came to fix it. The price wasn’t terrible either. I prefer smaller companies for these jobs because in my experience they’re hard working and trust worthy individuals, and that was my experience with this company.

The technician was willing to wait as I was late and even put up with my puppies while servicing my a/c. He was super friendly and didn’t leave without making sure all my questions were answered. His bedside manner was impeccable. I will definitely use this company again. They were very easy to get an appointment.

Our air conditioner went out, and Heat and Air Guy did an amazing job getting us up and running again. I will be using them in the future to service our air conditioners. I would highly recommend their services. The technician was great and knowledgeable.

Great experience with this company. When they arrived, they explained what they would be doing and asked if we had questions before they got started. Very informative. Were able to get our entire A/C and heating system installed with very little issues. Highly recommend!

Cant rave enough how great of a company this is. Very professional and is able to work with you through anything.
The finance option was a big plus and the very thorough explanation of the multiple quotes i got helped me make my decision quick and easy. They never tried to push anything like you’d expect from other companies. Great service and am very very pleased with everything.

Quick turnaround for these folks to come out and communication was good.
Our tech Kaiden was friendly and worked quickly but deliberately. The one comment I would make that I wasn't pleased with is the current prices for freon were not communicated to me before the work was done. Seeing as how we had a leak which was communicated I would not have chosen to have 8-9 pounds of freon added since we will end up losing a large portion of it. The leak could not be repaired and the part will need to be replaced. With prices being so high right now I most likely just flushed cash down the drain. If I'm going to have to pay for an expensive replacement part I wouldn't have paid an enormous price for something that is going to need to be replaced again. Just a suggestion perhaps discuss the associated costs before completing the work.

Absolutely love this company! My AC went out and it’s me and my daughter and our two dogs. Kaiden came out and found the issue and fixed it quickly. Appreciate them for taking care of us!

Very disappointing & had to call out another service company. Paid extra for a Saturday service call. Tech was very nice & saving us money by asking if we wanted to buy the part ourselves. We said sure & I ran to supply store & bought part. They had us put it in & walked us through the process. Hours later house wasn’t cooling. Called back 3hours after they left to see if they can come back out to check why that didn’t work. Told us we refused service so we would have to pay another $235 service fee to come back out that day. Called another company that came out on a weekday. We were ok with paying what we needed to in order to get cool air just figured it was poor service to not do a complete inspection when they came out the first time to see if issue was fixed. Then when call for help they inform us we refused service but they took our $235 for the service call. Felt very bambozzled by this process & extremely poor customer service to try & not even help us out. Won’t be using in the future & wouldn’t recommend.

The guys did great. Very respectful and hard working guys. Got the job done right!
