Chris is always on time. With the hectic schedule I keep, this means a lot! He is very meticulous with his work and goes above and beyond to please his customers. I love the convenience of having a year round maintenance contract , Chris lets us know when it's time to service our unit so that is one less thing I have to remember to do. Thanks Chris!

The Heat and Air Guy is amazing! Kenny came out on a Sunday to clean my unit, add a pound of Freon and replaced a small part. Also did several tests and checked the unit in the attic. He was very friendly, explained everything and gave me a few tips to help my unit run a little better. I also thought my bill was very reasonable which was even better. I have paid way more in the past with my home warranty. I highly recommend The Heat and Air Guy and will be using them for all my heat/air needs in the future.

Arrived when they said he would. He had to make three trips to office for parts and he did so with a smile in 105 degree weather! Professional and courteous.

Chris and the team came out when we had a gas leak, was told by ONG that a few things would need replacing. Chris and his team quickly assessed the situation and found out that a few things just needed cleaned! They were quick to respond super professional throughout the entire process and provided excellent service! They installed mini-splits at our home and they have been great supporters of our Veteran's Corner. Great company to depend on for service. Definitely 5 star group.

They did an amazing job. Our AC wasn't getting any power and it was a Sunday night at 8pm, He was at my house within 45 min. Poor guy had to climb up and down a latter 10 times. But I will use him from now on. Couldn't be happier.
