Chris at The Heat and Air Guy came to the rescue. We had another service company look at the system and said they had repaired it. The system was not fixed. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Thanks for your professional service. I highly recommend The Heat and Air Guy.

They responded very quickly. Got us cool air while we waited for new system to be installed. Installer was very personable and professional! Installed equipment in a day! Great experience for a high cost replacement.

Untrustworthy and misleading. 100% Dissatisfied! Gave the Owner multiple call backs and problem was never fixed properly from the Onset. Absolutely tried to be fair with Heat and Air Guy Chris however he refused to have any integrity or character in our dealings with him . Highly Not Recommend

I continue to be impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team at The Heat and Air Guy. Since we have had an older unit, we have required service calls. I like their use of current text and email technology which lets us know who is coming and when to expect them. They made the repairs when needed and I am really glad to have their preferred service option for annual check and prevention. Once it was time for a new unit, Chris and his team came through once again. Very happy with the service and products from The Heat and Air Guy!

Great company!! Customer service is top notch! They are always there to help. If for whatever reason they are away from their phone they return my call in a reasonable amount of time. The employees are very respectable and know their stuff. They had my system running back in no time. Reasonably priced too. I won’t hesitate to call them again for all my HVAC needs. Thank you.

We were really happy with our service on Sunday; we had been without AC for 2 days and I reached out to The Heat & Air Guys, they were able to schedule for same day service, showed up im a timely manner and had our Bosch System up and running in no time!

Update 2022: AC not cooling. During 103° days. Had a tech at my house in less than 24 hours. Again in less than an hour they had me up and running. AND they were able to get to me BEFORE my 5 pm appointment saving me the after hours charges. Very honest company!!

2021:We came home from a tennis tournament to find the outside AC u it wasn’t working and the house was 86° on a 99° Oklahoma august day. Messaged the heat and air guy and within 5 minutes I had a replay and a quote for a weekend appointment. Only had to wait about an hour for the tech to arrive and in less than an hour diagnosed and repaired the problem. It’s 4 hours later now and my house is a cool 75°. Cody was very informative and professional. Thanks guys! We will use you and recommend you!

This company worked hard to get my business while appearing to remain honest, telling me what I needed to hear… not what they thought I wanted to hear. Though I paid a service call fee for a different company to diagnose my problem, they provided a free second opinion, working over an hour to confirm the problem was accurately diagnosed. The technicians were absolutely professional and personable. Would recommend to friends and will do business with them again if needed in the future.
