Chris was fantastic for the entire process, from an initial meeting and discussion to being timely for the appointments and doing an absolutely great hob! I would highly recommend them and have already planned to use them again for an upcoming renovation.

Christian installed our new unit starting at 8am quoted 3pm to be finished at the latest, had the air back on at 1230. Informative and courteous. A++++ service by Christian and Kaiden both!

Chris with The Heat and AC Guy was fantastic! 100% recommend! Prompt, efficient, professional, kind, highly recommended (by my dad!) and extremely reasonably priced for services rendered.

My experience:
1) I called (Jessica ANSWERED the phone) and I made a next-day appointment (day after 111 degree weather) and I was contacted within hours of scheduling the original appointment and was bumped up to same day service (by Becky) both were professional knowledgeable and sweet).
2) Chris arrived, diagnosed the issue, and gave multiple options for moving forward at different product/service/price-point options, excellently explained in an easy to understand manner.
3) He cleaned the AC unit.
4) I did not feel pushed/oversold to make any rash decisions.
5) I obtained a yearly maintenance package w/ a spring and fall heating and AC cleaning and servicing rather than charged the service call fee (waived with package); and the package includes anytime service at regular pricing rather than nights and holidays for services additional to the spring/fall appointments.
6) Chris made me feel confident with my decision moving forward, and although we need to order a part he made sure that the AC unit will perform well and without issue until we can correct the problem (to be completed within a week - due to ordering).
7) I am confident in the work to come due to my experience.

Didn't do any work for me but the driver of the company pickup truck the other day on 44 near tri city was driving like a madman cutting and weaving in and out of traffic and I called the office and complained I'm sure it was the owner no service call is worth driving the way you did that day!!!!! Nice response but I'm pretty sure it was the owner that did it judging from the pictures of the owner yes he was that close

Always quick, professional and affordable. We have used them a few times and had no issues. They are quick to respond and quick to repair and getting a new unit with them was by far more affordable than the other 3 companies we got quotes from.

The repairman was very professional and kept me informed. I was just floored on the price of a simple connector !!
