ES Heat and Air

Amazing work. Got us back online in 20 minutes. Arrived during the scheduled window and even got us bumped up a day. Our home is nice and cool again.

They came by multiple times and instead of actually looking at the hvac system as a whole unit they kept guess what was wrong and not listening when told what was observed. I was called and idiot on multiple occasions and they missed 2 apointments. Lastly they failed to fix the unit and I had to get another company to do so. Plus to top it all off the draining pans line wasnt connected to the pan after being knocked loose so caused ceiling damage in my living room. Worst serve I've ever received.

Shawn has been out a couple times to help with my AC! He is a rockstar. Identifies the issue, gets it fixed, super friendly and always willing to fit me in the schedule so we don't roast in this heat!! Definitely happy with ES Heat & Air!

Shawn was great. He arrived on schedule and as he worked on my unit he described what he was doing. I will definitely use this company again.

Horrible. Tech they sent out on a warranty call didn't even stay 10 mins and said our system worked fine. I called another company who came out, spent an hour and a half, and showed me the numerous problems our system has. Would never recommend this company

We have used ES several times, and have had nothing but great service. Courtland has gone above & beyond every time to help us keep our AC blowing cold.

Eric came out on one of the hottest days of the year and had my a/c up and running in no time. Thanks for keeping me cool in this heat! I really do appreciate it.

Shawn quickly found the problem and fixed it. No attempt to sell me unneeded service. He was very professional and I will call on him again, if needed.

Responded quickly and scheduled within a week of asking for service. Repair was done in one trip.
