This company has been sent out twice for different a/c issues by my First American Home Warranty. Very pleased with each visit, they answer any questions and Shawn today showed me where my unit had the leaks. I would definitely recommend to others to use.

Warranty company sent these guys out to fix my a/c. 6 days later they show up and say my duct work needed to be looked at. The tech didn't even look at the ducts. Just said they'd be in touch. 2 days later I had to call the warranty company to see when they were coming back out. Found out they referred us to another company for the duct work. What kind of a/c company can't repair ducts? The tech didn't even have a flash light and had to use my phone as a flashlight. These guys are a joke...avoid them at all costs...

The company was assinged by our home warranty company but I would recommend them to anyone.
Shawn was able to come out within a reasonable time. Arrived within the inital time given and called ahead when he was on the way. He quickly solved the issue (blocked condensate line) and provided advice on how to prevent it reoccuring, with maintenance and a small adjustment.

This heating and air company was assigned to us by our home warranty company. They first came out in late August. The issue was intermittent and did not happen at the time they came out. The technician told my husband he would do some research regarding the issue and what could be causing it and get back to us. A few days later we received a notification from the warranty company that the issue was resolved and the claim was closed. I tried to contact the heating and air company and no one would return my call. I called the home warranty company and they reopened the ticket. Another technician came out on September 7th. He stated the issue was with the damper and he would need to submit the information to the home warranty company and get specs for our system. He said we would be hearing from him in a few days. As of September 30th we still had not heard anything from the technician and four calls were not answered and I never received a return call from the four voicemails I left. I called the home warranty company and they had not received anything from this company. They attempted to call the company and were told they had no information from the technician so they didn't know the status. Today, October 5th, I received a notification that the issue was resolved from the home warranty company. Apparently the issue was not covered; however we still have not received any communication from the heating and air company. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and horrible to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone. Find a different heating and air company!

Installed a new heat pump.

Been dealing with this company for over 2 months over a simple fix that they didn't do properly. They didn't fully rewire a heat pump they installed and left an almost empty freon tank from the new system they installed because it leaked due to negligence.

Owner considered contracted obligations met because their tech decided to check the freon when it was 40 degrees outside instead of coming when it was in the 70 degrees in the afternoon that day to properly check those levels. Didn't realize that only wiring heatpump to work with AC system and not the heater when paid for modifications along with leaving the tank almost empty was 'meeting contracted obligations'.

Lack of ownership on jobs they perform, along with a lack of giving paperwork so they can say whatever they want happened.
