This company was assigned to me for a home warranty repair. I honestly didn’t expect much as my warranty company often assigns jobs to poorly-rated businesses. But this company was super professional. I wish I could remember the tech’s name, but he did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Edit: His name was Shawn. Great guy!

Shawn was on time, professional and courteous throughout my experience. He noted a few things to keep an eye on and pointed to simple solutions that can keep us going in an emergency until we could get a tech out on any repairs. He explained what he was doing as he as he worked and why. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend this company.

Eric truly cared about us and our situation and wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of! He needed a certain tool that he didn’t have with him so he left and went to Lowe’s and purchased it. He then returned to our home immediately. I would highly recommend Eric as well as E&S heat and air!

Contractor for American Home Warranty . They would not answer there phone or return voicemails for over 24 hours. Scheduled appointment 4 days after accepting repair ticket. Missed the scheduled appointment time. Didn’t call. Could not get a hold of anyone since. I had the repair ticket removed from their schedule And had another contractor assigned. Do not use this company.

Service] Awesome service, called to let me know he was on his way.. Took time to explain the situation to me and recommend which filters to get for my heating unit. Also, explained the unit to me and where the reset button is- I didn't know anything about this unit as we just moved in the house in January. Prompt and very pleasant guy. Will recommend this company. Thank you Eric for coming out.

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM*** In June 2021 ES heating and air came to my house to fix my AC unit, they said I was low on refrigerant, so they put refrigerant in it and told my wife to let the unit thaw out for the next couple hours and we should be good. Then since I didn’t get talk to them so I could get a little bit more information as to why it was low, I tried contacting them but nobody would answer their phone, I called three more times that day and two or three more times over the next couple of days, but they never answered or bothered to return my call so I gave them a negative review. However, now we are in May, 11 months from that service date and I’m having the same problem, so I contact my warranty company and they assigned ES heating as the contractor to come out. I was told that I would be contacted by someone within 24hrs to schedule an appointment. However, they never called me, instead I contacted them and was informed that they would have to speak with their owner because last year I gave them a bad review and the owner would have to decide wether they want to take a risk on me this time. I asked them, wouldn’t it be better to come out and give me better service this time, which would help change my mind, and cause me to give you a better review, but the guy said it’s up to the owner and they will call me back next week and let me know the decision. I immediately contacted my warranty company and had my ticket reassigned to AC Service Plus and they were the best heating and air company I have ever dealt with.

I had them come check out my unit because it didn’t seem to be cooling properly. The technician was very professional and kind. He even helped out my Grandma when she asked for him to take a look at something! He called before he came and gave me an honest answer and solutions to help. I would recommend them for sure!

So my experience with them was pretty poor. Technician was rude and honestly just looked like he was looking for any reason to go on to the next job. Started saying how the system wasn’t sized correctly even though it was working just fine until that day so I doubt it’s cooling issues we’re system design related. Anyways, I had to poke and prod until we finally got to the issue which was a dirty filter (I know I was one of those people who thought I had changed it out already so that’s my fault).

Anyways, the main issue with these guys was the blower wasn’t turning off and the guy told me that the piece was back ordered (definitely wasn’t because I found one pretty quickly) and that they’d reach out weeks later while it came in. I was told to be patient. So I did that. Well weeks later I called and now they didn’t remember and apparently never ordered the part. I followed up daily for like 2 weeks and they kept saying the technician doesn’t remember. Well obviously it was weeks ago. They probably serviced hundreds of units since then so I don’t blame the technician, but now I was out a service fee, part, and the service was garbage.

My honest opinion, be engaged with the technician and make sure he writes everything down and don’t let them leave in hurry. You’re a customer. They’re there to serve you. If you don’t want to work that hard and just trust your technician, find another company.

"A previous HVAC company had performed some cleaning work on my evaporator coil inside the attic and cleaned the condenser outside. They informed me that this work was not covered under the home warranty so I would have to pay out of pocket for the work. They told me they had to evacuate all the gasses, cut the coil out and chemically clean it and then weld it back in and re-introduce all of the gases. They were also supposed to take apart and clean the condenser outside the house. As it turns out, the tech found that a piece of insulation has fallen down onto the evaporative coil in the attic so he cleaned it without removing it. So, he didn't need to evacuate the gasses, cut out the unit, weld in the unit and re-introduce the gasses. The company was not going to give me a discount on the work but I argued and they eventually deducted ~$225 from the bill. He did clean the outside condenser and they still charged me a pretty penny for the work!

17 days after the technician left, the pan underneath in unit in the attic overflowed with water and caused damage to the ceiling downstairs. I vacuumed out all of the water (~ 25 gallons) & fixed the drain lines myself. I wanted a professional to come out and check my work. I did call the original company and they declined to accept responsibility for causing the damage and refuse to come back out to check the drain lines. I will be posting a long review on their business site!!! In my opinion, the primary owner of the first company talks a good game, appears to know what he is talking about and the technician may have done a good job with the cleaning but he caused a big problem with the drain which in turn caused a big problem to the ceiling below and they will not stand behind their work. Full disclosure - the original tech found a very small gas leak while he was in the attic. He tightened up a pipe and the leak stopped. The original company is from Norman as well.

I had been working with my home warranty company so I asked them to see if they could get the original company back out there to check the drain lines and fix the ceiling. My home warranty company, First American, called the original company and they declined to take responsibility so they sent a new company, ES Heat & Air, out to check on the situation. The Technician from ES Heat & Air showed up when expected and analyzed the situation with the A/C unit drain lines and safety switches. He said that it is working and was fixed adequately but that, as a professional, he would change the configuration and the location of the safety switches to improve the safe operation and to ensure that the drain pan will never overfill again. He stated that the first company had a poor reputation in the area and he implied that they had over charged me for the work they performed as well as the fact that they had to have caused the problem to the drain system that caused the overfill and ceiling damage that occurred. Thank you ES Heat & Air."
