I made the call for my interior AC unit leaking at 7:15 this morning. Cory called me to come out within the hour and was early! We decided on a complete replacement of my AC and heater. All work was completed by 1:00 this afternoon! Extremely happy with both the professionalism and promptness of Cory and his crew. Will be using and recommending in the future.

The service Tech that came to my home to service my air conditioning unit was great. He answered all my questions and check out all my equipment. I have also used Climatetechair in the past and was please with their heating service. I think they will be the 1st person I call when i have issues with my Heat or Air.

happened Saturday, February 13th. Probably saved us thousands of dollars from frozen and busted pipes in this weather.

CLIMATECH is the best Heat & Air company I’ve ever used! They were at my door in an hour and within ten minutes had the problem diagnosed and very soon thereafter had it fixed! My service tech was Dustin and he was SO nice and friendly and professional. CLIMATECH is always timely, very efficient, quite knowledgeable and very thorough! They fix it right the first time, they are very reasonable and they make sure everything is working properly before leaving.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They’re THE BEST!!!

I'm writing this review so others don't have to go through the same experience as me...
Experience #1. AC goes out in middle of summer (100 degree weather)... we call ClimaTech around 8 AM and they say they will send someone that day. It rolls around to 4 PM and we haven't heard anything. I call to check in and they forgot to even put us on the schedule... Someone finally comes out and they say the capacitor has to be replaced, they replace it. I pay for both the capacitor and the service call. They also convince me to sign up for their membership service where you are supposed to get a discount on future services and a fall/spring AC maintenance check
Experience #2. A few days later AC is out again. Same person comes out and says there is some sort of clog (don't remember the technical term). I pay for a separate service fee to come out and for them to fix it... (this probably should have been caught the first time, as later on we figure out the capacitor may have actually never been an issue but this was the entire time)...
Experience #3. I notice water is leaking from the ceiling. I call again. They say they can't have someone come out until the next day. When i signed up for their membership (see experience #1) i was told i would be "first on the list". That was obviously not true. It was so hot, I wasn't even able to stay in my home that night. Someone comes out next day, they say there is still a clog which wasn't fixed in experience #2. I once again pay for a service call...
Experience #4. The AC GOES OUT AGAIN. (this is all within about a week and a half). They send someone out who says I just need a new AC unit. They give me pricing and I say i'm going to call around to get more pricing since it's such a huge purchase.
I call another company, they come out and take a look. Turns out the capacitor was just put in wrong during Experience #1! I pay the new company. I don't need a new AC unit and the AC unit has continued to work since then.
I gave ClimaTech probably around $700/$800.... such a disappointing and frustrating experience. I am so lucky to have found the other company instead of buying a completely new system when it wasn't necessary and they just had to clean up ClimaTech's mess.
By the way - it's now winter and no one ever called to come out for the fall maintenance that I already paid for with that membership. I don't even care at this point, obviously, considering how bad my experiences have already been. But it doesn't even surprise me that no one even contacted me for this service I prepaid for.
Once again, my intention in posting this is I just hope no one else has to go through this experience with ClimaTech. Please call someone else.

The two gentlemen who diagnosed and replaced my old thermostat, condenser and fan were extremely knowledgeable. On top of this, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. The service was top-notch and I’ll definitely call them up if I have any future problems.

Our furnace stopped working and on Sunday and within 1 hour after my call Greg came out and fixed it within 20 minutes. Great and fast service. A business that really seems to care about its customers. 5 stars!!!

Percy was super professional and made sure that prices were very clear. He gave me details about my system that I didn't know about (the difference between a 80% and 90% system) and what we might look at for our next system in the future. very polite and same day service. I don't think I could ask for anything more in a company! Thank you!
