Thank you ClimaTech and Austin. Austin is very good at what he does and informative as well. 4pm Monday he says you order now I'll have you up and running by 8pm, i said I'm off tomorrow, you can do it then he says no sir i don't want you and your dogs sleeping another night in the heat. He sinced i was tired of giving my 2 dogs cold baths twice a night to keep them cool. I was up and running by 730pm. Thank you guys very much.

Austin was able to visit my home Saturday morning and later that afternoon he was able to get a new unit from the warehouse and came back that same day. Finished installing a new a/c unit along with my heat pump. Thanks to Austin and his team for coming through in a clutch. Thought my old R22 system could last another season.

The tech was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems he explained all my options, but I think your repair cost are over inflated to make the customer lean towards replacement over repair. I researched the cost of the replacement parts and the parts were less than a third of what you were going to charged. Pricing makes a difference when it comes to sale versus no sale. I was able to have the system repaired for a repair cost of $220 not $1000 that you quoted
