Experience was outstanding. Professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Technician's demeanor and performance instilled trust & honesty. The office person I talked to on the phone has .a superior skill of customer service and congeniality. I will definitely keep ClimaTech in my go to list.

NEW UPDATE: DUE TO THE EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND ENROLLED IN HVAC CLASSES. AND GUESS WHAT. THEY DID THE INSTALL WRONG. Thank you PAIGE and your terrible staff MY HUSBAND can do all the work you can but for free. And hopefully one day we will own our own business and we can provide your customers with quality service you lack. UPDATE: WE HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH OUR SYSTEM THAT WE BOUGHT JUST TWO YEARS AGO. AND WE HAVE GONE SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT AIR IN IVER 100 DEGREE TEMPS AND HEAT IN FREEZING MONTHS. WE HAVE SPENT MORE ON SERVICE CALLS AND FREON THAN WE DID IN THE EIGHT YEARS WE OWNED OUR HOME WITH OUR OLD SYSTEM. I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. We received excellent service from Austin. We were without air due to our ac went out. Climatech was able to send someone immediately. Austin was very professional and we got air the next day as we had to replace the system. Had great service today. Tech was new to this company only his first or second week at Climatech. Great personality, knowledgeable and professional.

****READ PRIOR 2 CHOOSING THIS CO.**** a/c went out on Saturday & due to their good rating, went w/Climatech. Appreciated that came w/in hour of call as a/c was out in 100+ heat. Charged me $402 to replace compositor & said master bedroom needed direct air duct which wld b $350 (master bedroom was also hot than rest of home). Since this day, recv electric bill $900 as pulling over 200watts a day! Called & came back out 3 times & assured not a/c & nothing can do abt bedroom but to pay to get direct duct to room. ASSURED me wasn’t a/c & wld “make it right” if was. Contacted them after paying yet ANOTHER a/c co. & found bad electric heating strip causing heat & air to run & electric usage & also fixed my bedroom issue!!!!!Emailed Climatech & adv, basically responded w/find it hard to believe?!! Then didn’t respond!!! Would NOT refer this co. as DONT trust this co. & doesn’t keep their word or know what their doing as this shld have been found on visit 2 @ most visit 3!!!! She never responded!!

Austin and his partner (can’t remember his name) was awesome. I would recommend this company to everyone. They helped me out and they were very professional. They were very caring. They fixed me up and explained everything to me. I did feel bad for them having to put a new unit in while it was very hot outside. I had a very bad day and they understand. This is a great company. I can’t say enough bout the techs and the company. I would give them 100 if I could of.

Called several companies Clima Tech was the first to respond and came earlier than scheduled which was great. Perry explained everything in an easy to understand way and in my opinion they gave a fair price for HVAC replacement. Day of install The owner and one of his techs actually arrived earlier than they said this was great news since we were without A/C for 4 days. We recommend them and will use them for servicing our new system in the future. Thank you guys so much!!!

Improved A/C performance with removal of over 2 years worth of dirt and build-up on outdoor unit, released excess freon, checked thermostat, and changed all filters. Technician was professional, courteous, and on time, explained all details of work performed, and offered a 2x/year service plan at a discount. Great company, great prices!
