Tim came out to check why our master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house. He checked the flow in every room, looked in the attic for duct problems, checked the freon in the out side unit, rebalanced all the vents.He then decided that the vent in master closet was undersized as the builder installed security camera and dvd recorder in closet that was heating closet and masterbedroom. Solution, larger vent in closet. Tim is very knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. Would absolutely use them again!

Company was called out for an emergency service call. Tech looked at the outside unit and informed me that it appeared to be low on Freon and that he would also have to look at the inside unit. Approximately 20 minutes later the tech knocks on my door saying that he found the problem and handed me a bill for $400.00. The next day the unit was still not working so we called the company back and they finally showed back up with another tech and informed us that the coil had a leak and that it would be $3,000.00 to correct the problem. After noticing myself that the coil had not been unsealed for an appropriate examination I called another reputable HVAC firm out and they found that the coil had no leak and the fan switch was bad and they also had to replace the liquid line drier. Since then we have experienced no other problems and our unit has worked fine. Buyer Beware of A Better Heating & Air Conditioning of Moore, Oklahoma. They are definitely not Honest.
My technician Tim is always on time and he is very experienced. A-better has serviced my heating and air for 15 years. They always provide excellent service.
Receptionist was polite. Tech: On time Wore a mask. Polite Knowledgeable Explained the issue to me where I could understand. Gave me suggestions to prevent the issue in the future. This is the second time I've used them with absolutely no regrets. Thanks guys: )
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. she doesnt know how to talk to customers. Lady answering the phone had no clue what a geothermal system is and how it works eventhough this company provided service. Very condescending and rude. Why do you have someone answering the phone who doesnt know ABC or who doesnt know anything about the equipment you claim to service?

I had been told I had a crack in my hear exchanger. The tech did a very thorough inspection, cleaned out, and finally determined there was not a crack. This likely saved me considerable money. A great experience !!!
