Tim arrived called prior to and arrived on location, as stated the evening before, on time (before noon). That informed me that he had an idea of what his previous appointments were going to entail, prior to arriving on site. Very curious and professional. Pricing was discussed the evening before. I was charged with very close estimate from the previous conversation.
I highly recommend their annual service. It is reasonable and practical.

A-Better Heat and Air replaced our heat and air system completely with Carrier Infinity System. All the employees were very polite and knowledgeable. It was a great experience, would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC replacement or service. Family owned and operated company that provides quality customer service.

I would not recommend using this company, the service tech was VERY rude and spoke to me as if I was below him and I can only come to the reason is that I am a woman. When I called the office to complain about the tech the receptionist apologized and was very friendly she offered to reschedule and when I asked for another tech she informed me that he is their only one. I feel customer service is something this man lacks and could care less about his job which is very unfortunate for this business.

Carl was thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us to where we could understand what he was doing. We will definitely use them again. We are very satisfied.

Karl was very professional. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The cost was affordable. I am very impressed and next time I have a problem I will request Karl from A-Better heating & air conditioning.

Even in this heat, Tim was on time and worked quickly to get our HVAC back in working order. He was very professional and made certain we understood what caused the breakdown and the best repair to get it going again. So glad we did not need a new system.

I called A-Better after my elderly mother-in-law had called another service company. Tim came out and diagnosed the problem as much LESS severe and expensive than the first company. He showed back up with the parts when he said he would and completed the work very efficiently. Based on this and prior experience,I highly recommend A-Better.

This company came highly recommended by a contract friend of mine for a new construction project and I was not disappointed. Their guy, Mark Lee, was extremely professional and has stood behind their work from start to finish. I would use them again without hesitation.
