AIM Heat & Air

I called AIM before operating hours on a Monday morning, Josh called me back in 15 minutes, and had a tech at my house that afternoon at 3. Jarrod was our tech and he was perfectly professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything that was wrong and answering any questions i had. I was bracing for the news that we needed a new condenser unit when Jarrod pointed out a handful of simple fixes, and we were up and running in under an hour at the price of a service call! He even called the next day to make sure everything was still running properly. Needless to say, we wont be using any other HVAC service again. I work in the construction industry, and I can say with certainly that AIM is the gold standard, not only for HVAC, but for all contractors. 5 stars for Professionalism, punctuality, and price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called AIM because of the great reviews. I am so glad I did. Josh was very polite on the phone and before he even came out he had me check a couple of things on my outside unit as to make sure he didn’t come out for nothing and have to come back. Most companies wouldn’t have done that. He kept me up to date when he was going to arrive. When he did arrive he was just as friendly in person than he was on the phone. He showed me everything he did to my system. He found a couple of issues and told me how they affected the performance of my AC. He then showed me the prices to fix it and didn’t pressure me into doing it. He was very kbowlegable and very easy to work with. He got my AC running great in a short amount of time. I will never call anyone else again. And when he came in my house he even used shoe booties as to not get my floor dirty. I had another company called Loves HVAC come out and they didn’t do anything yet charged me $100. And they didn’t even correct the issues my unit was having. They just told me everything was fine even though they never inspected my inside unit or my ductwork. Trust me, if you want quality work done by an experienced company call AIM. I am recommending them to anyone I can.

Not having cool air during the summer is anything but a pleasant experience; however, I would wholeheartedly recommend AIM if you find yourself in that type of situation - or really, for any heating and air needs. They were extremely pleasant to work with, making sure all our problem was taken care of efficiently and professionally. The person who came out to take a look at the unit made sure we knew what the problem was before attempting to fix it, so we wouldn't be slapped with charges we weren't expecting after the fact. He was easy to get along with, and took care of the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Not that I hope to have more issues in the future, but if/when I do, I know who to call.

I called AIM Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend because my ac had stopped working. He was able to come and service my unit and get it running quickly and professionally. I will definitely use AIM again. Josh was my serviceman.

Had my air quit on me at 6pm, after hours for most people. But they called me right back and came out the next morning. Josh was very professional and helped explain everything in a way that I could understand. Even pulled the part to show me what was wrong with it. Wonderful service, friendly, fast, and affordable. Excellent service and very personable. We were on a bit of a time crunch with our house and needed our instal asap, Josh shuffled things around in his schedule and worked from 8am-9:30pm installing all of the duct work so we could put up sheetrock the next day. I highly recommend giving AIM a call if you need any HVAC work done. Thanks Josh!

I will be calling AIM for all my Heat & Air needs! My heater stopped working on the coldest day this year, I called AIM and received same day service. Josh was great, even showed up quicker than quoted time frame. Very reasonably priced as well.

They were on time and when they said they'd show. The techs name was Josh, I believe. He was very honest and easily could've said I needed parts that I didnt. He even explained in detail what all had been done. Great service. I will call them first next time. I highly recommend them.

They came out the same day I called. That just made my day since I didn’t have to wait till Monday. I called AIM Heat and Air on Sunday morning, the day after my Heat pump decided to give up the Ghost. Josh not only called me that afternoon, but was on the scene the following day. Although his schedule was full, he made every effort to resolve the issue, breaking the job into two parts, even working late into the evening to finish the job. His positive attitude, proactiveness, and his sense of urgency was greatly appreciated! I felt like my situation was important for him to resolve and most of all... I felt like the price was competitive and fair! I will recommend AIM Heat and Air to all I know without hesitation. Thank you!
