Acock is highly recommend in our family. We recently purchased a home in Shawnee and with in 6months our HVAC system went out. We were debating on finding a family owned business local to our area. We called around and decided with the quick response of the text message system they offered they were the best fitted for us. Technician that helped had our system up and running in no more then an hour. Allowed my nosey husband talk about everything under the moon and watch the repair take place. Absolutely satisfied with the professionalism and price for the overall repair.

Wonderful team! We moved into an older home that did not have central HVAC. They installed a whole new system for us. We had such a great experience with this company! They were so skilled and professional and very courteous while working with us in our home. We would highly recommend!

Only place AC/Heat company I will deal with going forward. They were able to find a new unit for me and got it installed within 3 days. I'm horrible with names, but the technician they sent online took the time to explain new unit. Was great to deal with! Even was working on the install when it was pouring rain and he was working in 2-3 inches of water. I couldnt be happier with the service!

Excellent service from Acock Climate Control! Their 5.0 star average on Google reviews is well earned. Saved the day for me and my family when the AC went out on a 100+ summer day. Left an after hours voicemail when the AC quit in the evening and received a call from Jennifer at 8:03 am the next morning! Love it! Paul, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very up front about work and pricing. He had us back up and running in just a little over an hour, including a required parts run. LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are top notch.
