They were very professional and so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. The speed of their service was great and their quality even better! The unit they installed has been great and have had no issues. They left the closet and parts in better condition than they were in when they came. AIM definitely went above and beyond, we are so pleased!!

AIM was fantastic. He came the very next morning during the time they said they would be here, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me, and then fixed it. Josh even called my Home Warranty company and sought approval from them before the repair. As young, new home-owners, we really appreciate anyone who treats us with respect and seeks to help us save money, and AIM did just that. I will definitely be using them again!

Needed my heater fix ASAP. It is an older unit. They were able to locate part fast and install the part and had it running in about 30 minutes. We r very great full. Seemed very honest, that’s the main thing I look for in a heating and air company. THANKS AIM!!!

Josh was outstanding. I live over 2 hours from his location he showed up worked very hard and was very polite and professional. Josh was always on time and always left the location he worked in clean. I highly recommend Josh and Aim Heat and Air I am very satisfied with the service.

I’ve waited to do this review until after I had a second company come out and check my unit. Now it cooks decently considering it’s age. After this company came out and charge me $600 it was hotter in our home then when they started their work.called a different company different results! We have been cool for a few weeks now! 👎 to this company

I've had a persistent problem for a couple years with my heater intermittently shutting off. They figured out the issue with my heater and it runs like a champ now.

Best company for the job! Called at 8:00am on Saturday, got a return call 20mins later from Josh. He helped me save my system by telling me to turn it off except for the fan. He said to work me into his already full schedule it would be between 4-6pm. I committed to that time line and he ended up calling at 12:30pm so he could come earlier which was awesome! Josh was very knowledgeable and polite about the issues he found and he did a great job explaining the risks and benefits. Went ahead and had him change two parts, perform a deep clean on the system, and add a pound of Freon. Visit took an hour and a half and a few hours later my house was back to cool on that 90 degree day. Thanks to AIM for making a bad situation better and saving me from a worse one! I won't use anyone else now.

If you need quick service, with kind people who know their craft and trade look no further than AIM! They were quick to the service call, carefully diagnosed the problem and serviced the unit in a promptly manner. Always a pleasure to find good honest people who enjoy their work and are kind to customers.

There are way too many choices for HVAC, but take a shot with AIM! Josh was the most knowledgeable professional we have had in our home. Great customer service, very fast service, and very reasonable. We will continue to use them for years to come!!

Charged us $800 for fresh R22 and did unnecessary work. Quit working 6 months later. Told us it wasn’t on their end and wanted to run a sniffer. They added Freon and it ran great. Quit working this year. Had a different company come out and found out our unit doesn’t take r22. There was no reason to do the adjustments they had done in our attic. If we did use r22 we could’ve used recycled to cut down on cost. We had to put $800 on our credit card. Money we didn’t have. The problem with our a/c was the dryer vent is located behind it and caused matting in it.
