AIM Heat & Air

This place is AMAZING! Called last night (after hours) and the phone was answered in 2 rings. I explained that we had a power surge in Meeker and our ac had come back on, but it wasn't blowing cold air. The man I spoke with gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it over the phone and it worked! AIM was the 6th place I called and everyone else say they could come out next week and fix it. This didn't cost me ANYTHING! He could have done the same, but he didn't! We are making an appointment to have them come out and service both of our units next week. Due to the concern over us not having ac in 100 degree weather he fixed it over the phone. They definitely have our business from here on out!!! Unbelievable!

Got my unit installed by Justin and josh.. they were very professional, and got us very good air flow with my new unit! We live in a trailer and my farthest room in my house finally is getting cold after 3 years! I’m so glad I switch my a/c repair men to them! Haven’t been this satisfied with my a/c in awhile. We received excellent service from Josh through our home warranty company for our A/C unit. We found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and extremely polite. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what caused it. I had future installation questions on two topics, and he took the time to discuss those with me and promptly followed up by sending me an email with pertinent literature, as well as an estimate. Highly pleased with this young man's service and attitude.

Josh always provides exceptional service and takes the time to explain the issue and solution. He is professional and efficient in his work, and he responds very quickly to appointment requests. His rates are completely reasonable and worth it considering the quality of work. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Josh is amazing ! We started off with another company which told us we needed a new outside compressor and new coil in the attic. After setting up an appointment with Josh to come out & give us a free estimate on a new unit, we talked with Josh & told him what our unit was doing and he said there has to be a problem somewhere. Josh did not have to look for the problem, but he took it upon himself to do so. After further looking into it, he found the problem. Our duct work was not even connected to the return. How can anyone miss that ? Josh was determined that he was not going to leave us without air conditioning, so he connected the broken part temporarily & it worked great. Our house was cool in no time. Josh said he would return with the new part & also when Josh was in the attic he found duct work leading into the kitchen, where the vent had not been cut through the ceiling. So when Josh returned a few days later, he installed a new air vent in our kitchen and fixed our return, He did a great job, very professional & left no mess ! Very reasonably priced & definitely use him for all of our AC & Heating needs. AIM is a very honest & dependable company !

My A/C was out when I came home from work. So I called AIM that morning. Said they would be here between 2-4. Josh was able to come by 12:30. got me fixed up in an hour. He really knows his stuff. He is a smart individual, works hard, is friendly and wants to do a good job. His rates were great! If you are having problems, give him a call. You wont be disappointed!

Excellent service. Very clean (they even put down mats instead of hauling equipment over our carpet). Competitive pricing. Timely. Vacuumed before they left. We replaced our entire heating and air system with Josh, so we had lots of questions. Dave Ramsey would say Josh has the ‘heart of a teacher.’ He never condescended to me or my husband even through LOTS of questions. He stayed late to ensure the job got done quickly. Overall, we have zero complaints and happily recommend Josh/AIM.

We received great service and a quick solution to our air conditioning problem. Josh knew exactly what was wrong and explained it all perfectly to my wife and I. Our air is back on and working the way it should. Can't say enough about how happy with are with AIM. We will definitely be recommending them.

I chose Aim because he was a local business. The service call $ amount was below what another company quoted. Josh answered and scheduled an appointment for the same day. He serviced my heater in a professional, knowledgeable manner and explained what he was doing through out the whole process. All I needed was a new thermostat and something that detects the flame cleaned. He was HONEST and did not try to UPSELL. I am always fearful that a tradesman will say I need to fix something that really doesn’t need to be fixed. No worries with Josh and Aim HVAC. The $ amount I spent was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. He was thorough and checked that the heat vents were producing hot hair and that the new thermostat was working appropriately. I am very pleased with Aim. I will call them again for any future repairs. Thanks for being prompt, efficient, honest and economical!

I called for an appointment, and got one the next day. Josh was timely in getting to the appointment and diagnosing the problem. He is very professional, and explained everything that he was doing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!
