The technician who came to inspect our AC unit was nice enough. He spent 15 minutes addressing what was at fault, charged me almost $120 and told me his office would call that night or the next day with a price quote to fix our AC. That was over two weeks ago. My lady called a few days after that day, talked to a woman who again said they'd get back in touch but it's been silence from Watkins since. I'd love a refund. This is not how a business should conduct themselves considering we haven't been difficult to deal with, until now with this factual review.

From the first phone call to Watkins, I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Jamie was so great to work with! Jay came out to look everything over, then he didn’t just mail or email the quotes, he actually came and discussed them with us. Jake and the young men who came and replaced our units were respectful and very hard-working! The job was finished way faster than we expected! We know we have found a company we can trust and that means so much to us. Great experience with the Watkins bunch!

We had Jay and his team come in and remove, relocate, and replace our hole system. They removed the old system and relocated the new one from the west end of the house to the east end away from the dryer vent. There was no sales pressure what so ever. I can’t say enough about his staff from support and information to installation. Jamie was unstoppable in working for us. Even while on maternity leave no questions, calls or text went unanswered. From my first call to them she has been excellent in helping us every step of the way. The installation was as equally as impressive very knowledgeable and hard working people I feel like they worked as if it was there own home making sure it was done right with very high quality standards. Jay, Jamie and everyone at Watkins heating and air Thank you.

We have been using Watkins since the early 90's and only have good things to say about them. Sure, we tried others throughout the years but have to yet to find anyone out there that comes close to the pricing and the friendly service from Watkins. Plus, they are just good people.

They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit (the old one they installed finally gave out after 17-18 years) and could not be happier with the exception of not having the old one go out. The price, ease of installation and service from Jay, Jake, Jamie and everyone else that came out was exceptional.

I highly recommend Watkins and I did not get paid in any form to write this.

My air went around 2: 00 am 9/3/2021 and I was desperate to have someone fix it since I am from England and sick. After calling lots of other places. Watkins was the only one who would try to fit me. They were awesome! He fixed it very quickly and checked everything before he left! I would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them again if needed.

They really tried to help with your problem. They are professional and try to work with our duct work. The repairman was courteous and and did his job very good. He was very friendly and made sure to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

Watkins is the the best Heat and Air Company around. We have known them for years and purchased two brand new systems from them in the last year...one for a new home and the other for our company shop. They are excellent at what they do and are always on site when they are scheduled to be. The office manager always keeps in touch to keep us updated on scheduling and any other information we might need. I highly recommend them.

We needed to upgrade an early 80’s whole house heating and cooling system, and have new ducks installed on the second floor.
Watkins was able to take care of all of our unique needs with the older home, and addressed all concerns we had to make sure our whole system ran as efficiently as needed.
In all honesty we were hesitant at first with picking such a new “smart” system, but as promised we did see an amazing drop in our energy usage this summer with the installed system. Our energy bill dropped from $500 a month last year this time to less than $250 this summer! We cannot thank Jay and his team for all they did during those days of install. We truly appreciated each one of them for all they did!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called on Monday and was told that nothing was available until 1pm on Tuesday. I told them to put me down and that if I found someone who could come out sooner that I would call and cancel. The receptionist never put me down. I waited an hour in my house that was 91° inside before I called to see if they were running behind. The receptionist said she never put me down and that the repair techs were on other jobs. I got a call from the owner who claims they never give out times of when they will come out. My 5 kids and I have not been able to be home since this weekend and now have another company coming out today to help us because of the poor customer service we received from Watkins Heating & Air Conditioning. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will make sure people know of my experience. Most companies do anything they can to right a wrong by an employee but not in this case. Highly disappointed.

Wonderful to work with, very professional, they explain everything thoroughly both for repairs & new systems, plus have several options available to choose from for new systems. We bought an older home, they came out to see what might be the issue with the old system, after 2 repairs it became obvious that the system wasn't going to work properly any longer, worked with us to install a more state of the art system which works fabulously. We already notice the difference in the utility bills and the comfort level of our home. I highly recommend calling them for all your heat & air needs.
