Josh installed new heat and ac units plus and extra vent for the bedroom. I'm really happy with the new upgrade. All the rooms are the same temp. I'm so very happy 😁

Just had my A/C serviced. I would highly recommend AIM. Very professional and very friendly.

We had a very good experience working with Josh of AIM Heat & Air. He was able to come out quickly to perform a system analysis when we first noticed issues with our existing older HVAC. He presented his findings and gave us several options on how to fix the existing system or install a new one, including correcting the ducting route to improve airflow to desired areas.

We chose to go with new system install and Josh was able to get us scheduled, obtain the needed equipment and complete the work with his team in a reasonable timeframe.

Josh was very respectful and had amazing communication during the entire process of the project and it was very refreshing that he was able to answer all technical questions we had as well as how to best maintain the new system.

We will be recommending Josh and AIM to others in the future.

I'm not sure if I got lucky with a cancelation, but I was able to get same-day service, both Josh and Chris (HVAC Tech) were friendly, professional, and didn't charge me for unnecessary services/repairs. Chris was very knowledgeable, answered several questions for my own knowledge and curiosity without hesitation, and taught me a few tricks to help me maintain my system to prolong the life of my system and save money on my electric bill. The Quality, Service, and Affordability is top-notch - Will be recommending them to Everyone I know looking for HVAC Services. I hired Josh to select and install several mini-splits on my property. He was out within days. He assessed the best product, he provided an estimate, he procured the units, he stored them until ready I was ready then he installed them per the estimate to the penny. AIM fulfills the old adage that "a good job at a fair price is better than a bad job at any price." Great folks, the best quality workmanship, very responsive and I will use AIM for any HVAC needs I have from here on out. Thanks Josh!

My issue started on a Sunday morning. Not only was Josh the first person to call me back (I called 6 different businesses claiming to work weekends), he was the ONLY person to call back at all.

He was able to work me in before the scheduled appointment and during the visit he offered a range of options without pressuring me to pay for unnecessary repairs.

He is easily the most likeable, honest and professional HVAC provider I've ever done business with and will be my first call from here on out.

I have worked with many service companies due to many work-related moves. AIM (and specifically Josh) has been among the best.

1. Service: quickly responded to my service call with a timely appointment. When Josh arrived, he diagnosed the issue, provided a very understandable explanation, along with a plan and costs.
2. Professionalism: As a female, I have had some service representatives ignore my questions or assume that I can't understand mechanical issues. Josh was great. His communication was superb and very friendly.
3. Cost: very reasonable. He also gave suggestions (free of charge) to help improve the efficiency of my A/C unit.

I have no reservations recommending this company and their service. You won't be disappointed.
