They called and asked if they could come a little earlier than expected, which was great! Our tech tested the system, found and fixed our problem all in about 30-45 minutes. My parents used to use this company when they owned rental homes and highly recommended them. I would definitely use them again if needed!

Needed my Generac serviced and had a lot of trouble finding someone to do it. I had people that didn’t service my area or if they did, they charged a ridiculous amount per hour and also per mile. American AC Electric was recommended to me, they responded fast, came out the next business day and took care of the issue. Vince was very friendly, professional and their rates were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We had a problem on Friday early evening and they were able to help us with our AC unit next day, on a Saturday morning. I was so glad they helped us on a weekend. Great service. Vince was so knowledgeable and professional.

Have had them out over several years to fix various problems. They are always fast, and nice and have never tried to cheat me. I found them after Air Force 1 told me it would be 700$ to replace my blower motor. American came out and found out it was just a burnt out wire. They are very trustworthy. We will call them always.

They replaced a part on my heater and it went out two weeks later, they said they would come check it as a courtesy but still billed me for $125 even though they just looked at it the second time and told me I needed to get a new heater.

American Air is Exceptional! I contacted them for service at my business. I've had bad experiences with air conditioning companies in the past but not with them. I actually TRUST them. Jay is super knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I am satisfied with the job. The charge has always been LESS than what I expected. He obviously has many years of experience. I was so impressed that I use them for my home systems too. I even signed up for their special program. They come and maintain my system, change my filters, etc. If have a problem then I get priority service and a DISCOUNT on parts. Their customer service at the office is prompt and professional as well. A+

Great service from initial phone call to the job being completed. I had complete confidence the whole time that I was getting the best service. It was a very quick fix, which I was thankful for, and I believe the gentleman who came even cleaned the unit before he left. I appreciated that as I'm sorely unaware of what maintenance the unit needs. Will definitely use them again for any future needs.
