Our AC stopped working at 5:30pm on a Tuesday, I called Kimmel because I had seen their trucks all over Wadsworth and would prefer to support a local business. They had someone out in less than half an hour, he was friendly, respectful and fixed our AC in less than two hours. We were so grateful for Mike and our now working AC!

The gas company noticed a problem with how our hot water heater was venting, and I wanted a local company to come out to fix the problem. I saw Kimmel online and that it had excellent reviews, so I called. I spoke with two women—Gail and Jennifer—and both were extremely friendly and responsive. They got a technician to come out that day. Jimmy was prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. The main office was closed when he finished but he put in a note so they would call me in the morning to schedule the rest of the work. I was so glad that he was able to come out and explain the problem. The price was extremely reasonable, too! Support local—call Kimmel Heating & A/C when you need work done.

From the first phone call with Brandon to the finished job, Kimmel was nothing but professional and courteous. We had a 50 yr old furnace that needed replaced and wanted to install AC also. Brandon was honest about the work needed since it was an old furnace and house. He gave us options and worked with us on getting what was best for us.
This was a 2 day job due to the size of my furnace. Both days the guys arrived on time and worked hard all day. Ali and Cayne were kind and helpful with my questions. I was comfortable going to work knowing they were doing a professional job and that my house was safe. Brandon even secured an electrician to finish the job correctly since our house is so old.
My daughters and I appreciate the time that Kimmel took to make sure our house got the heat and AC it needed. We've enjoyed the AC since installation and am excited about the heating once cold weather gets here.

The repair man was kind, courteous, and great to work with on a more than rare and uncommon system. They were unable to repair but took the part trying to find a matching replacement. Now simply awaiting a response and price, but so far I would highly recommend.

The price they quoted me was on par with others in the area but the reason I chose them was because of their reputation and a recommendation from a family member who is a customer of theirs. Both of the techs that installed my new central air unit (Dustin and Jim) were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I would highly recommend Kimmel!
