Tech was very nice, professional, and explained the issue and resolved it quickly. The issue was with a water heater that was under warranty. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends that needed services.

Kimmel was super responsive to our call for help in regard to our barely working furnace during the polar vortex of 2022. They dispatched the technician, Brandon, to our house the same day we called. He quickly and professionally assessed the situation and made two repairs to our furnace - we felt the glorious heat flowing and watched the thermometer begin to rise immediately. In addition to repairing our furnace, Brandon was very polite and wore shoe covers before entering our home. Lastly, the repair's cost was very reasonable and fair for services rendered.
