Had to request immediate service due to an in-progress roof install. Kimmel was able to come out and measure and fit exactly a much-needed flashing replacement. They even made a trip out-of-town to get the right materials. I am SO pleased with the important services they provided today!!!!

Kaden and Brandon installed a new A/C for us this past Friday. They were respectful, professional, and courteous. One thing I appreciated is them being on time - not always a guarantee in todays world. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kimmel!

A few recommendations - it would be helpful for those that are financing to have some more guidance. Maybe a 1-pager with some overall guidance. Was basically left to my own to complete. Would also like some clarity on any follow up they do a week or so after an install to make sure all the levels are correct. But again, would definitely recommend, thank you.

Very professional technician that thoroughly explained our AC issues and our repair options. He got straight to work, and was in and out in less than an hour. He answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable. We would absolutely use Kimmel for any further hvac needs!

Nice company! We had them out to do a spring tune-up on our AC unit and the tech went above and beyond during his visit. Their prices are reasonable. I'll have them back out for any HVAC needs in the future. Mike was our tech, and he was excellent.

Called at 8am and service tech (Cayne) arrived at 12:30. Kimmel is first class. Received a text and email notification that technician was on way and a picture and brief bio of technician. Cayne was great. He quickly identified problem and replaced a part and our ac was back up and running in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend Cayne and Kimmel.
