I’m so pleased with the professional and friendly service by Brandon and Cayne. We had several issues with our furnace and a gas leak prior to them coming out. We purchased a new furnace and it was installed within a couple of hours. They fixed the gas leak also. Brandon explained the process step by step so there were no surprises or extra costs at all.

All in all I give this company and these two young men a 5star rating. If I could give a higher rating I would.

First time using them and we will continue to do so. Very fast scheduling, excellent technician, had to order parts and had them and were able to install/make the repair within 24 hours. Really impressed with the service!

I used the chat feature to contact Kimmel, it worked well! They send a text to your phone along with a picture of the tech and a lil story about them. That was nice! They came to our home and gave an estimate on installing an oil furnace we had purchased online. Brandon was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was able to give us a quote and we accepted. he said installation would probably be a couple weeks. The furnace was installed 2 days later! Took a bit of time and overall pretty happy. Thank you

Brandon and Joel did a great job on new HVAC installation. Arrived on time and were very careful to protect rugs and floors using many drop clothes and shoe covers.
Office staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

It's December 23, 2022 - literally the coldest day we have had in quite some time (-25°+ temperatures), a dangerous blizzard, and the start of the Christmas holiday weekend. Of course, our furnace stops working (the temperature in the house continues to plummet between the cold and the severe wind and we are trying to figure out where to stay for the night if we cannot get heat in the house). Thank goodness for Kimmel and their 24 hour service! We were lucky enough to be able to get someone out within 3 hours of calling AND have the problem solved. This is the first furnace/AC/HVAC issue we have had in this home, but I am so thankful for Kimmel! I feel terrible that I had to drag someone out in this cold and blizzard, but I couldn't praise them more for their quick response and amazing professionalism. While I hope I don't have to call them anytime soon, I would happily recommend them to anyone in the area!
