Stopped by for a part to fix my air conditioner. He had the part in stock at a great price, even compared to online dealers. The proprietor was very nice and even gave me some material to fashion a new bracket when he noticed the new part was a slightly different size than the old one.

After looking around his shop and talking with him, I will be calling him the next time I need any HVAC work in this area. This place is a hidden gem for HVAC products and service in Wadsworth.

Very disappointed, I was getting 70 degree air from my vents. On a 5 year old unit. They came out said there might be a leak. Couldn't find it easily with the meter so charged the system. Was getting 54 degree air. After 4 weeks It was back up to 65 degree air and I had Gas leaking through the Pilot Valve. So I shut off the Gas and called them. Left a message that the cooling was back up to 65 degree air and that I had to shut off the gas because of the valve (not there fault) Just dangerous. Never called me back. They even left a crescent wrench in the grass that I nearly ran over with the Lawn Mower. I put it in a Zip lock baggie and Called them so they would know where their tool was. Just what I get for being Nice ! Now I have to call someone new and pay all over again for someone to do the job right this time. Sure cant trust them with a gas leak ! Thanks for nothing !
