Great experience from Mr. Ward and Matthew. Had them replace our broken AC and while we're at it our furnace. Had great communication and they are good people! Will definitely use them again for our maintenance :) Thanks guys!

Ward Heating & Cooling is truly focused on quality work with integrity! Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit stopped working the hottest week in June when temperatures were in the mid 90's and very humid. We contacted another HVAC company and they quoted us $7,200+ in repairs! My father-in-law recommended Ward Heating & Cooling and I am so happy we called Ward! Rich from Ward came out, assessed the issue(s) and started working on the repairs. For 3.6% of the original quoted repair costs, Rich had the AC working in less than an hour! None of the repairs from the other company even needed to get fixed. Rich was upfront, honest and truly focused on getting the air on in our home. We know it is a "want", not a need, to have the AC working- but on those hot, 90+ degree steamy days, it sure is nice to have the air conditioning working! We cannot thank Ward Heating & Cooling enough for truly being an honorable, trustworthy company focused on satisfying their customers!

Ive used ward for several years now and he's never done any of my customers wrong, he's on time knowledgeable and doesn't rip people off. I would recommend Dick to anyone without a doubt in my mind he would do the best job at the best price.
