The team that installed my new HVAC system were excellent. It was an involved install because mine was in the ceiling. They were professional, kind, considerate and thorough. Highly recommend this team.

Steven was so friendly & knowlegable! He answered all our questions & was able to arrange having our heating & air conditioning replaced within 48 hrs from the time we 1st called the company to arrange to have a repairman
come to our house.

I had Universal out for preventive maintenance on our furnace. I was hesitant until I read reviews in several places and they were almost all excellent. They were excellent for me as well. Showed up on time, performed preventive services, offered to answer questions, reminded to change filter (now), logged system for future service or part ordering and informed me that they do other services such as AC, duct cleaning, water heater, etc. Quick call by tech and he was on his way.

The techs came out to do the preventative maintenance on our furnace. They were great techs to work with, friendly & attentative to their job. Respected my home & grounds. Provided a great service. Price was unbeatable for the PM of the furnace. Definitely recommend using them & will continue to use them.

They called ahead. Were on time. Friendly professional and explained what they were doing. Very knowledgeable and a great value compared to other companies out there. Highly recommend!

My old air conditioner died and my central heating system was more than 20 years old. I hired this company to replace the heating and A/C units. Two technicians came next day, at ~9 AM and installed both units (Trane manufacturer) by 4 PM, being quiet while working. They removed all old equipment, installed new ones, cleaned the working space and showed me how to use a new thermostat. The new air conditioner is quiet and keeps the temperature well. It is a summer time and I have not tried the new heater yet. So far, I am happy with the work done by these people. The Universal Heating & Cooling provided 1 year service and 3 years labor warranty on the installed equipment. I've also got 10 years part warranty through Trane. Trane extends the warranty for 5 more years, if the equipment is registered at the Trane website. This is my first experience with Universal Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend.

very unprofessional. they visited us on Thursday and process to submit report and estimate on same day but till next Tuesday they haven't send us anything. after continuously following up with them they send us wrong estimates as its belongs to someone else. when we ask them why they are asking us to pay wrong address bills they told us we cannot repair unit belongs to you.

He was good with everything. He show everthing I I need to know and he was very nice. I live him very much. Thank you
