A couple of years ago on Dec 26 my furnace quit. I call 2 other Companies claiming 24hr Emergency Service. They were answering services and couldn't tell me when someone would call me back. This was 1:45 am and when I called Universal they came to my home in about an hour and fixed my furnace. They also installed a new AC unit a year later. I will call Universal Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs.
