The service man was personable and easy to work with. I would've given five stars if not for an scheduling issue last week. Overall, I will definitely use them again.

We chose Universal Heating & Cooling to install our new Trane HVAC system. No pushy sales tactics &straightforward pricing. They offer a variety of manufacturer choices, and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful and very knowledgeable.

I'm a 54yr old who takes care of my 73yr old mother, who happens to be in the last stages of renal failure, AFib, lost site in one eye and diabetic. My furnace died on us January 26. I couldn't get anyone to give us a payment plan or anything. One company told me they were booked 2 weeks out and hung up on me. I was totally distraught. I decided to go to the gas station and I pulled behind a truck that said Universal Home Improvement and repair. My faith in God truly put this truck in my life. I called the number and a gentleman named Johnathan Rice answered the phone, who happens to be the owner of Universal heating and cooling. While I was crying uncontrollably, I managed to get out what I was going through. He got me to calm down and said let him run some numbers. He called me back within a couple of hours with a price that I can afford and had his crew in route to my home within a few hours. I watched them take the old furnace out and put the brand new one in. My mother and I would not have made it through the week if it wasn't for Mr. Rice.

Tyler was very through checking my furnace (and other gas appliance). He helped me select a new CO2 low level alert for both levels of my condo.

Diana came out, took the outside unit apart, cleaned it all up. It's an old unit that works well but it was so noisy before. Now it is a whole lot quieter! Great special going on too!

Sales rep came out to give me a quote for new HVAC system. Was polite and professional and very knowledgeable. I would have gone with them but for medical reasons I needed a faster replacement. I’ll be using them in the future for routine maintenance. Highly recommend them

Diana was very professional and kind. She took the time to answer some questions that I had about my furnace and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Universal again as all the people are just so very nice.
