Frank performed the desperately needed repairs with immense courtesy and utmost professionalism. This was 2 days before Xmas and our furnace was still malfunctioning despite a visit from our regular guy. Frank diagnosed and repaired the issue at 9 pm that night. Frank also gave expert advice concerning the whole system. We gladly forked over the overtime visit charge. HVAC providers like Comfort Medic that still give expert service and advice are rare in this Great Resignation and Quietly Quitting steeped society. Mike Rowe would be proud of the high quality workmanship provided by Frank and his team.

Comfort Medic came highly recommended and rightly so. Being an information junkie, I want to hear the whole story and I ask multiple questions. Frank was unhurried and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also gave me all the options and was not the least bit pushy, which is worth a lot in my book. I wish I had taken a "before" photo of my furnace, water heater, and water softener set-up because it looked like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. Frank was very professional, responsive, and kind. He did amazing work. He installed a new furnace and ac unit for us. He did not try to sell us on something of low quality or that we didn't need, like another company did when getting a quote. While we waited for our units to arrive he filled up our current ac unit free of charge so we could stay cool during the 90+ degree days. He explained everything in great detail but in a way which someone not in the industry could understand. He worked quickly and did high quality work. He made sure the furnace was well sealed, unlike our previous one. He truly did superior work and I would highly recommend him. I felt, and feel, very comfortable leaving our HVAC needs in his hands. Comfort Medic HVAC installed a new HVAC system for us 01/03/22. They notified us when they were ‘on their way’ both days and were very professional. They took special care to keep carpeted areas clean when working in the attic, and cleaned up everything when they were finished with the installation. Frank helped us set up the App and made sure the system was working properly before he left. I would recommend them highly for any HVAC installation or maintenance issues.

The technician, Frank was on time; very polite, clean & neat, completed furnace installation March 2021. I am comfortable & completely satisfied with my system. He made sure my AC was ready for summer as well. Reasonable prices.

WE hired comfort medic to replace a hvac unit in one of our buildings in Huber heights. they never showed up to install the unit after numerous call to find out when the unit would be replaced. Frank quit talking or returning our calls. Very sad because we had used this company many times in the past and never had an issue.
