Brendon and Bryan were great! They came out to my house and fixed my ac in 20 minutes! They diagnosed my problem and gave me tips on how to keep my AC healthy and running Great. If your AC is not working I would highly recommend this company. Fast and friendly service.

While attempting to install Ecobee and replace the controlled Bryant thermostat, it didn't work. It didn't work cause I didn't know controlled thermostat were a thing and was lost as they were wired different. Now neither the newly installed ecobee was working, nor could I get the Bryant one to work and I had no AC in July. This was 8 pm on Saturday. I called Rightway cooling and they were polite and sent someone within the next hour. Noah was professional and nice. He setup the wiring to work with ecobee and explained it as he worked along. It took roughy 1 - 1.5 hrs to do so. All this without any overnight or emergency surcharge and just the plain old diagnostic fee. I was thankful for their service. Definitely going to reuse them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days this year and they were able to come out and get it diagnosed right away. Had to replace condesing unit + evaporator coil. AJ, Noah and Pat came out the very next day and did a fantastic job! They were courteous and respectful. The install was done very well. I would highly recommend!

Brown did an amazing job on fixing my furnace. He was very polite and educated about what he was doing. He saw something else that was wrong and let me know right away. I would definitely get worked down from here again simply for him being so amazing with great customer service.

Rite-Way was very prompt about getting to my house within the day and time they told me. James was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and got the unit up and running temporarily until he can get the right part. he said he could get the part within a day or two but until that time at least he did make it so we would have air conditioning which is greatly appreciated. If any of my neighbors or friends would have a heating problem or cooling problem I would recommend Right Way Heating and Cooling.

Kevin and the team were great to work with. They supported us through the entire process of getting a new air conditioner and furnace. They gave us competitive prices, performed quality work and were just great guys to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of heating and cooling work done.

The process was quick and easy. Travis was at my house within 45 min of me calling. Found and addressed the issue and had my AC working right away. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Bill and Chris haven’t even left our driveway yet and I’m here to rave about their service and commitment to doing what it takes to get the job done.

We were on the books for an appointment between 1p and 4p today. We were the last house on the calendar for today and they kept us up to date all afternoon.

About 6pm the technician Chris called to say he was on his way. He arrived and promptly got to work.

When the problem needed an extra set of eyes to solve he called his boss, Bill who came right over. Within 15 minutes the problem was solved and we have ice cold air again!!!

I hope we never have a problem with our AC again but if we do, we know exactly who to call!

Right Way always does a great job! I have them work on all of my homes HVAC needs. James did a great job servicing our AC unit. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Right Way to family and friends.
