This company did a fantastic job for me . My ac went out in the evening and before 9am they had already called me and scheduled a same day appointment! Jonathan , the young man who came to my house was courteous professional and observed all safety protocols to my great satisfaction- Jonathan was done in less than an hour and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away - thank you Jonathan! Ur amazing!

We have used Right Way Heating & Coolin a few times over the past 4 years and they have always been wonderful. When we initially hired them, we were told by a different company that the repair would be $1200.00 and we decided to get a second opinion and chose Right Way and we are so happy we did!! Come to find out the other company was charging double, what it should have been and also misdiagnosed another issue, thankfully, we got a second opinion and Right Way gained a very loyal customer!! This time Chris came out, we assumed we just needed more freon and then asked if he could test and see if there was a leak. Chris called in and got the approval from our home warranty company and performed the test. There was a leak and it was an easy fix. This was great news especially when the previous company told us the leak was in a pipe going down a wall (this was incorrect, as they never even tested for it) and the old company also said it would cost a lot to diagnose and fix and that we should just keep getting the Freon charged ever couple of years. Again, so grateful we found Right Way our leak is fixed and no need to put a “bandaid” over the problem anymore!! They find the problem and fix it the “Right Way”!! I would recommend Chris and the whole Right Way company. I am also impressed as they always answer the phone right away, get you one the schedule quickly, keep in contact, and arrive on time within the allotted time frame. Last week our ac stopped working. After calling around town for a repair, Right way Heating and Cooling was the fastest to schedule. Our technician Chris came out for a system check, spotted the problem in no time, and got us on the schedule for a repair. When he returned for the repair, he got it done quickly and made sure the whole system was running flawlessly. He was on time, fast, kind to my kiddos, and left us happy with the service. I have used Right Way for a number of years now and have been very satisfied with their products and service. I purchased a new AC system and furnace a few years ago. They gave me a great price and the system has operated efficiently and without problems. I just had Jonathan, one of their technicians, come out and get our AC ready for the hot season. He is a cheerful young man who is courteous and friendly and did a great job as always. I would and have recommended Right Way to anyone who asks.

AJ and Brian came to install my new AC earlier. They were professional and patient to make sure the job was done the Right Way. They taught me about the new system and answered all of my questions. I got a fair price on a system with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty. Their engineer, James, was also always a pleasure to work with when troubleshooting our issues and offering recommendations. Overall I'm happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Right Way provided quick and HONEST work! I was told by Columbus Comfort that I needed to have my AC unit replaced.I wanted a second opinion and called Right Way. Kevin came out and quickly told me the AC unit was fine, a quality unit that could last another 10 years. I then confirmed with their tech Jonathan who had the equipment to inspect and confirmed again my unit was fine. It's such a relief to be able to trust a contractor - highly recommend them.
