Right Way replaced our A/C in the Fall of 2018.
Jonathan serviced our furnace on 03/19/2019. This time it was to replace a motor that was covered through our home warranty, ABC. Service was fast and hassle free. Jonathan arrived on schedule and installed and tested the new motor. Five Stars again.

Our HVAC system was quite old and needed replacing. Everyone we dealt with at Right Way were honest, courteous, and easy to work with. Jonathan came to assess our HVAC, afterwhich, Kevin came to go over our options. There was none of the pressure or 'hard-sell' that we had felt from other companies. Aj, Noah, and Pat did the install and were incredibly efficient and professional. They also spent the time to make sure we understood our new system before they left. I would highly recommend!

When no one else would come out for a week, Brendan and Bryan came the same day even though it was late to be sure I had air conditioning. They not only fixed it, but explained everything so I could learn more about trouble shooting and care of the furnace. They provided great service!

Patrick and Joe were super friendly and efficient figuring out the uneven heating of rooms in our home. They had the issue figured out in a matter of minutes, did a full maintenance inspection on our furnace and then were on their way. I highly recommend contacting Right Way for your heating and cooling needs!

AJ & Jon were Fantastic. They arrived early. They were polite. They were able to diagnose the problem and install the parts needed at the time. They were at our home in the fall and remembered details from last service call. Great company to work with.

Right Way Heating & Cooling were assigned to my issue of my furnace not working and responded right away through my home warranty. The response was quick and the problem was able to be fixed right away. JONATHAN was great! Very professional and experienced.

The furnace/AC unit we have installed in our attic (services 2nd and 3rd floor) stopped working and lost power on a hot, muggy Monday morning. I called Right Way Heating & Cooling and a technician (Chris) arrived later that afternoon. Chris diagnosed the issue within 10 mins -- our condensation pump (which had been installed 11 years ago) was no longer working. They ordered the part and returned 2 days later and made the repair in about 30 mins. They called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me in the loop on timelines and pricing. Chris was extremely professional and courteous. This work was all completed during the Ohio stay at home order during COVID-19. Right Way assumed me employees were doing daily temperature checks in addition to other precautionary measures. Chris arrived and wore a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings while he was in our home. We have 3 kids at home and this made us feel very comfortable during the service call.

I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be working with Right Way in the future.

Right Way (Jon & Brendon) did exceptional work- we had our AC unit moved from our deck area to the side of our house, they took their time and completed the job the "right way". We are beyond pleased, our house is much cooler since they have serviced our unit.

Jonathan from Right Way Heating and Cooling was prompt, kind, and efficient, diagnosing the problem with my AC and repaired it, all while working directly with my home warranty company, IGS - Thanks again to Right Way and Jonathan - will call on them when their services are needed again!

UPDATE - Had a new issue with the A/C, here on the hottest days of the summer. Jonathan from Right Way Heating and Cooling care right out, found the issue (old wire shorted out) and was able to fix, get running, and even stay to check the levels and temperatures to make sure that everything was running perfect. Nothing but KUDOS to Jonathan and his professionalism! 5 STARS AGAIN!
