I'm working with Rightway furnace co here in Grove City. They're doing a great job.
They charged me once ($79) on Jan 28, the 1st time they came, but said if they had to be back within a short time, like a couple months (!), there would be no charge.
I had them here 2c this week, including yesterday, at no charge.
I spoke with the sales guy yesterday am & ordered my furnace. It's coming this am. It's a reasonable price, which includes installation. It's also an updated version of the one I have, & it's the same size as well, which makes installation simpler all around.
It's a family owned business. The guys are very professional & seem to know their trade.
No, I'm not getting a break for a good endorsement.

Matt and Nate were excellent. They asked questions early and then went to work. Once installed, they walked me through everything and made sure they answered all of my questions. I'll be a customer for life with them because of Matt and Nate's service.

When our heat stopped working, I called several HVAC companies and none of them were able to get out until 3 days later. Then I found Right Way and they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day! The service reps I spoke to were very pleasant and nice. We had to wait about 8 hours for our technician (due to an extremely busy schedule), but we were able to get our heat fixed! Our technician was Matt and he was EXCELLENT! Extremely kind, informative, and patient with all of my questions. He walked me through everything and even did a carbon monoxide check! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be using them again!

Brendon, Matt, Noah, and Austin were professional, polite and efficient. Scheduling was quick and convenient and Marilyn was helpful and responsive with all of my questions. We are pleased with the new furnace and duct work, they look and work great! We will definitely use Right Way again in the future.

I had the below leak in my basement and the AC unit is clearly very old in this picture. I needed immediate assistance. They came out that day because I had NO AIR FLOW and looked and decided I needed a new control board and blower. This company was ready to come out to install immediately, the delay was only due to my home warranty. Anytime I would call Right Way they would always have an update and have completed what they needed to. Very impressed!

Fast, and professional staff. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will be using them in the future. Noah, the salesman was great! Brendon and Matt , did the installation of my furnace and air conditioner . I’m very pleased with this company.

We had parts starting to fail on our old Lennox furnace, just in time for some extremely cold temps moving in later this week. We knew that replacement parts might be an option, but my wife and I agreed that we should try to replace the entire unit if possible, since we can't have it failing when that cold weather actually arrives.

Right Way worked FAST! Chris visited us same day we reported the issue to diagnose the problem, Bill was out the next day to give us replacement options, and Brendon, Matt, and Pat were out the following day (today) to square us away with a new furnace. Everyone involved was professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured into a particular purchase, and feel like we have exactly what we needed for our home. The install looks great and they left everything nice and tidy. Overall, they're a great value, a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely use Right Way again for future AC and heating needs.

I had a new water heater installed from Right Way Heating and Cooling. Brendon and Matt gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and arrived on time. The job was completed in a professional, timely manner. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brendon and Matt came out to my house within a week of having an appraisal done to replace some of my old ductwork and main return! I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that they showed! I felt like I was in good hands because of the knowledge and recommendations they were able to give me, so that I could maximize my heating and cooling system and save more money in the long run!

I would 110% recommend this company every single time because of their great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship!

Matt came on time and was very professional and very nice. He found the problem and fixed it. He also checked to make sure the unit was safe to run and warned our family about the danger of carbon monoxide. Definitely recommend this company ! Thank you.
