The brains of my furnace stopped working! That meant zero heat! Your staff made it possible to get my furnace serviced the very same day! You had the needed parts on the truck and Ben, the technician had my furnace up and running in 20 minutes. Very, very satisfied repeat customer here!

So, we have used Climate-Tech for many years. Always very good. Somehow we never had their tech, Patrick before. He is amazing. First off he is very professional. But he also has a great sense of humor. While doing the repair on our central air, (which btw was caused by mice chewing wires on the outside) he needed to crawl under the deck. Ugh! It was blazing hot out and when I see him pull himself out, covered in leaves and debris, he gets up and he's got a big huge smile on his face. I'm looking at him and said _ "I can't believe you are smiling." He replies, "I love my job!" And he wasn't kidding. Wow. Plus he added that the people he works for treat him like family. If you ask me, that's all you have to know. Very impressed, again. Will continue to use Climate-Tech and would highly recommend them.

I have used Climate Tech ever since buying my house 20+ years ago. At first, it was a random choice, but NOW I would NEVER consider using another company! I have always been treated to friendly, courteous service - from the office to the technicians. Speaking of which, technician Ben has consistently been prompt, courteous, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about ANY problem with my furnace or air conditioner! He is so unflappable, calm and helpful - I wish he was my neighbor!!

Ben sold us our air conditioning and does our maintenance he is so professional and nice to work with. Thank you Climate-Tech.

Ben one of their techs comes to my home 2 times a year. He is so nice and knows what he is doing. He is so knowledgeable with air conditioning and heating. When I needed a new Air Conditioner, he helped me with that and everyone at this Company is great. I recommend them highly and ask for Ben! They always do best to take care of customer and keep their equipment running smoothly. Not only on time they are sometimes early. Samantha (Sam) good worker, friendly and professional. Family business who real care about their customers.

We are very happy with Climate-tech. We had a new furnace, humidifier, and condensate pump installed. We have noticed a HUGE improvement in our home comfort. It stays warmer, I don't wake up feeling very dry anymore, and our gas bill has gone down. The install looks amazing! It's clean, everything is straight and shiny (my wife likes that) and it's quiet! We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Climate-tech to everyone.

I recently used Climate-Tech and was very pleased. They were easy to reach and responsive with questions. They confirmed via text that the technician was on her way. My tech (Samantha) was professional and knowledgeable. She inspected the heating system, cleaned the blower motor and fan, and reattached a heating supply duct. I signed an annual contract for them to come spring and fall to inspect the AC and furnace.

This is my third experience with Climate-Tech. All have been outstanding. Our boiler stopped heating at 10 PM. I left a voice message at 11 PM (I chose not to request emergency service). The call was returned at 7:30 AM. The appointment was scheduled for early afternoon and by 1:00 PM the boiler was fixed. The tech, Ben, was on time, diagnosed the problem (failed gas valve) quickly and had the part with him. Once onsite, Ben was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Climate-Tech has excellent staff and does great work! The staff is genuine and helped me at level from their secretary all the way up to the president himself. I am extremely happy with all the hard work everyone put in to get my home an AC and a furnace. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Ben was speedy and efficient, and did a fantastic job of cleaning and maintaining the AC for summer--after first repairing the furnace. I've used their service for many years and have always found them to be pleasant, efficient, and fairly priced.
