I'm a new customer and they came out to diagnose my furnace issue on the same day that I called. (Sudden loud noise)
The serviceman was professional, yet friendly.
I was given a detailed explanation of what was happening with my furnace and my options. There was no hard sell, which I really appreciated.

Honest, responsive, and dependable. Jamie and his crew did an amazing job at a very fair price. Brandon and Tyler did a great job while the wizard, Jamie, handled the fabricating. Very nice and knowledgeable.

This guy is a complete idiot and doesn't know how to be professional and run a business. His voicemail is often full, takes forever to call you back, has no secretary, hand picks which jobs will make the most amount of money before he'll consider taking yours. Its basically a one man operation, and he has much more demand than himself. So, if you're in a crunch and need heat or cold, and don't want to wait weeks for service, an install, or parts, you're better off going somewhere else that is equipped to deal with demand.
