Air conditioner wasn't running effectively, so we called to have a tech come look at it. After identifying the issue, he alerted us that he could help it run this year, but it wouldn't last a very long time beyond that.
Fast forward to winter, and we shopped around for a new furnace (22 years old) and air conditioner. After comparison, we decided to go with Randerson.
Nick and his staff were very informative, not pushy and worked with us to get a system that will do the job without overkill. He offered options on the system that we could add, but wasn't hard selling to get us upgrades. Both were installed when promised, and we are living in comfort.

Randerson H&C has helped me with a few HVAC issues including a brand new furnace. Always punctual and helpful. Good honest business. They are willing to work with their customers to keep them happy.

We had issues w/our furnace (11/2023) that the gas heat would not go on some times. I called Randerson Heating and Cooling and they came out same day. Of course the furnace worked when they turned it on. He talked to my husband about options of replacing a part or replacing the unit. My husband and I discussed it and decided to get a new furnace. Our home is 21-22 years old and knew we were on borrowed time. They told us to call if we needed heat over the weekend until they get the unit and they would come back to give us heaters, etc if needed to keep the house warm. We didn't need to as we have a fireplace that would work. The other thing they talked about was if we wanted to replace the A/C as they had to do some duct work and if we were going to get a new A/C more duct work would be needed when they replace it. So, they wanted to know if we wanted to do that right away or wait (but it would save $$ if they did it now while they were in the midst of the job). We decided yes and they came back within the next week to get it all done (waiting until spring to replace the A/C). Terry is the girl that answers the phone, billing, and schedules. She was so helpful and said that there was a limit on how much you could put on your charge card w/out a surcharge (I was over), but if I were to make it in payments it would be the same amount and I could pay for it that way and use my charge card (I get points and it would be sustantial savings). I think they are extremely professional and still small enough to make you feel like welcomed family member. I would definitely recommend them.

I woke up Wednesday morning to my house being 60 degrees. Called Randerson and they had a tech at my house by 930am. They got the furnace running right away, but there was serious issues with my 23 year old furnace. The decision was made to install a new one. They had 2 guys at my home by 8am on Thursday and it was installed by 11am. Fair price, quality products and suburb service from Pat the owner, and the techs. I couldn't ask for better service and response. Thanks guys!

Pat Randerson came out on a Tuesday and looked at my 22 year old A/C unit because it wasn’t working gave me a great price on a new one.Asked him when he could do it he said he could get it done by Friday. Thursday I received a call and they said they would be there by mid morning on Friday. The 2 guys that came were very professional they did an AMAZING job.They picked everything up and put everything back the way it was. I look forward to having you do my furnace when the time comes . This place has been so accommodating. I just need a part for my furnace, and I called late on a Thursday night to see if they had one in stock. I found out that the main office was in Seymour and I didn’t want to make the drive up that night. The owner or worker was kind enough to leave the part outside his shop for me to pick up on Saturday. It’s exactly what I needed to fix my furnace. When my furnace does finally die, I will definitely be contacting Randerson heating and cooling. Thank you Randerson!

We recently built a new home with multiple furnaces and AC units, they did a multi zone system and it works seamlessly! I love this folks they are great and service was exemplary. I would use them again without hesitation!
