I recently moved to the area and I've found my go to HVAC service. Don was polite, helpful on the phone before coming out on the same day to look at my furnace. He doesn't milk the time, or try to upsell on an expensive repair. I think he's a one man shop. So leave a voicemail and be a little patient for him to call you back. I highly recommend for service or even a second opinion if another service tells you that you need an expensive repair or a whole new furnace.

I called D and R at 11:57pm on a Friday night and he called me back at 12:10am. Incredibly quick call back. He was willing to come to my house within the hour, but I said the morning was fine. Great service. I'll post more after the job is done.

I realized I never posted an update. He came early on Saturday and
fixed my furnace. Great service. I will use him again

Awesome! In one word that is how I would sum it up. AC unit was acting up on Sunday, I called another place on Sunday and left a message, Monday morning I had not heard anything from the other place, called D & R and said maybe that day, but called me less than 3 hours later and said he had time in between jobs, came fixed the problem right away, for an excellent price and made sure everything was working. Would highly recommend them. (About an hour after he left I got a call back from the other place.)

I use them for Hot water tanks, heating and cooling. They are honest and fairly priced. I have referred them to friends and family and everyone has been very happy with the work.

Referred by our appliance insurance company. We called MANY TIMES and they NEVER called back. Horrible. Call someone, anyone else!
