Kyle arrived on time. In this season of COVID, he was appropriately masked and completely professional. He answered our questions and left us feeling like we had made a great choice.

Been was amazing. He was early for the appointment which was great because we were cold. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything so I would understand. Great service and great prices. Would recommend to anyone who needs.

i was referred to climate tech from someone at work. they were prompt and courteous when i called, and they went out of their way to help me in a pinch. technician was knowledgeable and efficient. they have gained a client for life!

8am appointment for a broken heater. No one ever showed . Called at 9 was told someone was here knocking on the door at 8 and calling. No missed calls no knocks on the door . No card on the door saying we missed the appointment. No nothing . Just a rude lady who answered the phone and said she was only sending them back out if we promised to be here and let them in . Would never do business again with this company .

I highly recommend climate tech because they are caring and go the extra distance to accommodate your schedule. They perform great work for a fair price and I have had my furnace and a/c serviced by them year after year.

Her name was Sam she was such a nice person caring even played with the dogs so there was no cause to worry she was just a joy very professional did her work and used her little booties

Ben Deike came quickly and was very straightforward and gave me a quick little 101 lesson. Kinda sucks my issue was small and costed 109 just for a call, but thats also expected.
